The place was amazing, beach was all to ourselves. Very peaceful! The most amazing part of the whole trip was the concierge, Ms. Terri! She went above and beyond for us and made everything so easy for us. We did not worry about anything. Ms. Terri for the WIN!

I couldn’t have stayed in a better place than Alom. Everything was super organized and made for a really comfortable stay. It felt like being on a tropical island but with all the comforts of home.

We always come back to this property, and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing, and the setting is perfectly secluded and quiet - exactly what we love. Terri, the concierge, was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and close to great restaurants, yet still peaceful. We especially loved the private beach, and the beds were super comfy. Another wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The villa was in a fantastic location - away from the hustle and bustle, private, luxurious, close to all the scuba diving hot spots and to hidden local restaurants about a quarter mile to two miles down the road. A gorgeous pool is coming soon! We can’t wait to come back and experience it once it’s finished! We also loved how easy it was to get around with our golf cart - went to secret beach for a relaxed afternoon. Everything about the property was wonderful, the team made our trip comfortable and convenient, and we will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful and pleasant to reach with the golf cart. Our concierge was a huge help and gave us plenty of tips for activities and dinner. Everything was clean and the service was great.

The accommodation was beautiful, and very clean. Terri was great! The cottage is a bit far from San Pedro, but that also created a private atmosphere. The only really unfortunate thing is that there was a lot of seaweed, which sometimes stank, and which prevented you from swimming from the beach.

Loved the stay. Get the golf carts from in town- go to secret beach, book a fishing trip, feed the tarpons, swim with rays and nurse sharks, conserve our ocean….

This place was incredible—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nothing but beautiful ocean views and nature. From the moment we arrived, Terri and the team made everything seemless and easy. Our concierge helped plan out fun activities, our travel arrangements to the island, villa prestock, and was always available if we needed anything. The property itself is spotless and so well taken care of—you can tell they really care. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the water and ending the day under the stars on the pier. The villa had everything we needed and more, and it felt like our own little beachfront paradise. We went kayaking, relaxed in hammocks, swam in the ocean, visited partner resorts, secret beach and just fully unplugged. It was the perfect mix of refined comfort and relaxed adventure. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Location was great. We loved being far from town and having our own space and beach. Teri, the manager, was great! The whole staff did an awesome job!

Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Belizean hospitality. The property itself is a true gem—nestled right on the beach with breathtaking views of the turquoise Sea. The interior of the villa is just as impressive. It’s beautifully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and local charm. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Our host was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive. They provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining, and even helped us arrange a couple of memorable excursions, including snorkeling and a visit to a nearby island. The location is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you want to lounge on the beach, explore nearby attractions, or just enjoy a simple sunset. Place was better than expected, had everything we needed and more. Peaceful home and surrounding. And the hosts and staff were an extra bonus. Kind and quick to respond with any questions. We would stay again.

LOVED the villa. I only ever met Terri, Lando (the grounds keeper), and Carla the cleaning lady. Chad sent helpful messages on the Airbnb app! Everyone was fantastic. Terri was always available and answered any questions we had during our stay! Many food recommendations and exploring adventures. She met us at tropic air airport at the golf cart shop and we stopped in the local store for food first. Then we started the drive up to the villa following Terri. It was a solid 45-55 minute ride up but it was awesome to see the town of San Pedro and experience the vibrant life of locals and tourists. The ride is long and bumpy but beautiful scenery and was worth it for us. The villa was so clean and beautiful! Amazing views! Fresh fruit in the fridge when we arrived as well as cold drinking water and Belikin beers for drinking :) all basic necessities were also a great touch. Villa is comfortable for 1-4 people but 6 would be very tight. We would definitely return!

Our holiday was magical! The beach was pristine, cleaned daily which is more than I’ve seen at other locations! Waters were perfect while we were there - calm and crystal blue! Great value - daily housekeeping, full staff, and concierge! Huge bonus! Terri helped booked our travel to the island, escorted us to the villa for arrival/departure, and coordinated all our extra services! Her recommendations and support made the stay Stellar! We were able to just show up and enjoy!Priceless!!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our in villa experience was tops - beautiful, comfortable beds, thoughtful appointments, and elevated! Staying at Chad's place was truly amazing! If you're seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of town, this is the perfect destination. Waking up each morning to your very own private beach is an absolute delight. The convenience of a 24/7 concierge added to the experience; she picked us up from the airport and transported us to the villa in a golf cart, providing a mini tour of the island along the way. For a smoother travel experience, I highly recommend opting for the villa prestock option. We did, and it was wonderful to have essential food items waiting for us upon arrival. The villa itself is splendid, and the staff is exceptional. The groundskeeper ensured the beach was pristine every morning, and our housekeeper maintained the villa's tidiness daily. This has been our best Airbnb experience yet!

The Villa experience was delightful, everything was impecable, but it is far away from the rest of the island experiences, which can be inconvenient if you want to enjoy any of the early morning getaways - a lot of which need you in town at 5am, which is a 45 minute golf ride away...no one's fault, but a long way away from the action if that is why you are going to the island.

What can I say? Wonderful communication. Place as described, water, coffee was provided which was a nice touch. Daily housekeeping-make sure to have money to tip at the end! I really liked the extra clean beautiful white towels! AC was working great! It is almost 8 km from San Pedro. You will need a golf cart, I recommend talking to the concierge, Terri, and she will set you all up. Beach is not really for swimming, the house is on the side where the island gets all the sargassum. I don’t recommend this place for families with small kids. Thank you again for a great experience!

Besides the place being a little far away from everything (this was in the description so we knew what to expect) it was absolutely beautiful. Amazing Airbnb and our concierge was the cherry on top! So helpful the entire time!

We absolutely loved our time at Chad's place! Terri made things so stupid simple as well. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It was our anniversary and they made the house up special just for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was such an amazing place to stay! Worth every Penny! Terri was a goddess in helping us with everything we needed. Responsive to us at anytime! Wealth of knowledge with things to do. I am blown away with how much effort her and her team put into the place! Wonderful cleaning crew, wonderful onsite landscaping. It was a bit of a drive away from the city but we like being private. Didn’t mind the long golf cart trips. The road was repaired right before we got there so the roads weren’t as bumpy. Highly recommend this to families and couples!! The restaurant next door was convent to order from. The pool Was nice to swim in. Do bring lots of sunscreen and bug spray! They are a must several times a day. The beds are extra comfortable! TVs in every room! Full kitchen was so clean and easy to cook in. Again Terri is the best!!! You will not be disappointed

My stay in Belize was great and Terry and the staff had a lot to do with that. PROS: The villa is beautiful, as pictured, was clean and came with some basic necessities. The staff was awesome and communicated really well with all needs such a food delivery, any issues and even getting a fresh coconut to drink. CONS: The villa is located 9 miles north of Belize City and it is a extremely bumpy ride. We traveled for our babymoon so being 7 months pregnant on those roads were a concern. This also made getting to nearby eateries and beach more of an inconvenience. Additionally, Belize is dealing with a red seaweed tide right now so there is minimal use of the beach outside the villa- this is no fault of anyone and the staff did do their best to clean up what they could. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If you’re okay with a bumpy ride, I would highly recommend otherwise!

Everything was as described. Beautiful place and surroundings. Very well maintained and got a cleaning halfway through our stay as well as laundry service once. Chad and Terri were both very helpful with recommendations and responsive to anything asked. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others.

Chad’s place was great and the concierge, Terri, was the best! She and her team thought of everything and made it a wonderful trip! She was incredibly responsive and got us everything we needed. The only drawback was how far the place is from town, with kids, they got bored a bit. For a couple looking for a romantic getaway, it’s top-notch! Having the resort next door is a great luxury and helped when we were hungry but didn’t want to make the drive into town or when it was raining.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and to say it was incredible would be an understatement! If we could give this place, Chad and the team ten stars, we would - Terri goes above and beyond to help with anything you are in need of or have questions with. This villa and the service and experience you receive are worth the 45 minute drive from town. We were in complete awe of everything our entire stay, and our drives around the island turned out to be some of our favorite memories. Highly recommend! We stayed here for a very special week full of celebrating my fiance's birthday as well as our engagement, I cannot imagine a more perfect place to do so. The villa itself is gorgeous, on a picture-perfect beach with the ocean about a 30-second walk from the front steps. It was immaculately well kept and clean, and on top of that everyone helping host us was an absolute delight. Chad is a wonderful host and has a wonderful team of people who helped us out constantly with navigating the island and making the most out of our trip. Terri, the villa's concierge, helped us the entire time with logistics/tips/reservations to the point that rather than having to worry about anything, we truly felt like we could just relax and have fun! We can't thank Chad, Sari, Mark, Terri and Derek enough for all their help coordinating everything and their warm hospitality. Each of them made our first stay in Belize absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to return in the future.

We had Villa B and the property all to ourselves and it was even better than i hoped for. The villa is gorgeous, everything is top notch with excellent craftsmanship and style. My favorites were the ceilings and the exterior wall of windows. Looking out from the kitchen onto your own beach was so special. I loved having a concierge to guide us with all the things. Terri is a competent and lovely person. We loved this region, riding around in golf carts, the rawness of the land, and unique places for a drink or food.

First off, Terri is a gem! She booked both excursions we went on (which were AMAZING), met us at the airport with a big smile and hug, had our golf cart ready at the airport, loaded our luggage and took us to the villas, helped us organize our Covid test to get back to the US and responded to every single question we had. Most importantly, she was so kind and she truly cares for each and every guest. We would go back just for Terri alone!!! The villa was terrific. Very clean, had everything you needed to cook meals, was very private, had beautiful and welcoming touches when we arrived and truly felt like an island villa. It is a 30ish minute drive to town on the golf cart, but it’s not bad. We actually enjoyed it because it was peaceful. Only a small portion of the road is rough, but still manageable. The seaweed did prevent us from going in the water at the villa, but seaweed is covering that whole side of the island. No one’s fault, just Mother Nature. We didn’t mind it. We went to Secret Beach and into town almost every single day anyways. Secret Beach is a 15-20 minute drive and it is BEAUTIFUL. The resort next door is accessible to Alom guests, but we didn’t spend too much time there. The Gem restaurant there was good. We ate breakfast and dinner twice there. They do have pools, but like I said before, we enjoyed exploring the island and going to the beach. Overall, we had a really great experience for our first time in Belize. The grounds are kept beautifully and it’s very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks, Chad and Terri, for a terrific time!

AMAZING! We’ll definitely be coming back! It’s the best accommodation that we’ve stayed at in Belize. There isn’t one detail that wasn’t thought of! The Villa is gorgeous, clean, and elegantly appointed. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and a fridge kindly stocked with some great local refreshments! Feels super exclusive, we loved the airiness of the villa, and privacy of the Estate – away from the hustle and bustle. You get to experience more of the wildlife of the island here, with super close access to the reef, just a short kayak or paddle board. Chad was very communicative, the host with most, answering all our questions and providing great suggestions along the way! Terri was an incredible asset to our trip we didn’t know we’ve been missing all these years – they honestly made this the most stress-free trip we’ve ever been on - which made it overall one of the best trips of our lives! A great launching pad – adventured on golf cart, did scuba where we were picked up on property (totally worth it!), and did a Caye hopping excursion! We spent one day in SP (honestly that is all you need), and explored the northern coast, Secret Beach, and found quite a few gems along the way!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Alom for our honeymoon, and, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! The property is clean, beautiful, and private. It provides a luxury experience with the benefit of utilizing the resort resources available next door. Miss Terri truly elevated the experience with her professionalism, communication and responsiveness to minor issues. Additionally, my husband and I had a unique travel issue after checking out that she helped us out with. Needless to say, Miss Terri went above and beyond to make this a wonderful and truly memorable experience for us. It is true that Casa Alom is very far up north from the city of San Pedro, and that the long golf cart ride is charming, but can be a challenge. If you are looking for a more remote oasis experience, or you're up for the fun of driving the terrain in a golf cart, then this is the perfect place. There is also the Sargassum seaweed problem that the staff works very hard to clean daily. It is relatively easy to take a golf cart to the beautiful beaches on Ambergris Caye that don't have this issue. Overall, our experience was amazing and we cannot wait to return.

Ah-MAZING. If you are reading this...book it! Chad’s place is a slice of paradise and his staff is unbelievable! -- Honestly, this is the perfect place to get away from it all (especially to get away from the hustle/bustle and congestion of San Pedro town) - it’s our second time back! The whole team especially, Dereck and Terri, took such good care of us! Terri provided us with the local scoop and literally made our trip everything we ever wanted -- and more. The Villas are beautiful, you have all the creature comforts of being stateside, and the beds are to die for - we slept like babes. Waking up to swim right off the beach daily was heavenly (yes you can swim right off the shore and pier)! The team cleans the beach daily, which you can't say for most other places. While you’re there, book a beach BBQ with Captain Joel! We had an amazing day on the water! 10 out of 10 for our entire stay!

Had a great time at the casita! Enjoyed the quiet and solitude. Be aware this is a bit of a ride from town (45 min drive) so its hard to pop into San Pedro if you need anything, but the convenience of the Sapphire Inn Restaurant next door helped us if we didn’t feel like heading out for meals. There were also a couple bodegas down the road to help with basics. Highly recommend! Terri was great for helping with Covid testing and golf cart rentals.

Beautiful, private villa (it's a duplex, but we hardly ever saw them other guests while we were there). Terri booked our flights for us from BZE to San Pedro and took care of so many other details. Since we rented the golf cart through them, Terri met us at the airport and transported our bags to the villa. She gave us a tour of the island and even made a few stops so that we could pick up groceries along the way. The further away we got from downtown, the worse the roads got. Be prepared for a 40-minute bumpy ride and definitely pack some insect repellent. If you're looking for clear blue, seaweed free water, you'll need to drive about 20 minutes to Secret Beach where you can be served food and drinks at picnic tables located in the water. If you want to hang out at a pool, you can go to the Sapphire resort next door (the restaurant there serves pretty good food, also) or I'd recommend going about 15 minutes away to Portofino. The service, food, and pool there were all great. Some other restaurants that we loved were Sundeck, Mambo, and French Touch. If you're hoping to do any excursions such as the Mayan ruins and ziplining, you should go before or after your flight to San Pedro.

You can't go wrong working with Terri! She made all of our arrangements for our daily excursions (dive trips, snorkeling, etc). She picked us up at the airport, gave us a tour of the island, helped us daily, she was the most attentive and accommodating host we've had the pleasure to work with. Not to mention, the views from our deck were spectacular! Comfortable rooms and amazing beds 🙂

Our family loved the remote beaches, the fishing trip organized by Terri was top notch and the bed in the master room was comparable comfort to our own at home. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect for us and our two little ones. Chad and Terri were incredibly helpful in planning our stay from meeting us at the dock, stocking the refrigerator and arranging Covid testers to visit the villa on our last day. The air conditioner was wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed for doing some of our own cooking. We visited the resort next door and they were wonderful as well and even offered to deliver food to the villa for us.

If you are looking to truly escape and unwind on your vacation, THIS is the spot. The villas are gorgeous, the estate is private, it feels exclusive and lux, villas are stocked with anything you need and if you need to pick something up there's tiny shops a quarter mile down the road. You absolutely can not beat the view! They clean the beach daily, which is more than I can say for other spots we’ve stayed on the island. It’s a longer golf cart ride to town but that is what makes this place extra special, taking the path less traveled - getting out of the hustle & bustle, experiencing the fun and adventure the island has to offer, not staying in town where it's overly congested and full of tourists. Your concierge is an absolute dream! She can help you with anything & everything! It was just the two of us staying and this was the perfect way to end our vacation. We've been to Ambergris a half a dozen times, and this is hands down the best place we've ever stayed! A big thank you to Chad, Terri, and Derrick!!! We will be back!

Amazing private home! A bit of a drive from town but we’ll worth the quietness and private beach! The on site concierge made all the excursion planning simple and was able to answer all of our questions and requests! Gated home with security cameras made us feel more than comfortable staying with our children and the constant communication with the hosts and concierge made travel into, around and out of the country a breeze!

A delightful place to visit. Nice touches abound in this modern decorated gem of a stay. Will definitely book again if available.

Quiet and beautiful place to relax and enjoy the island.

This property is stunning! So peaceful and secluded. The villa is private and extremely well appointed with all the necessary essentials for staying in (plus some extras) as well as getting out and enjoying what Belize has to offer! It’s obvious how much care is taken for visitor’s needs when taking in the little details and amenities. The bed and bedding were divine, the refrigerator was stocked with beverages and filtered water, ample glassware, etc. It was everything we needed and more! The grounds are meticulously maintained and there’s always someone onsite to provide assistance if needed. Having access to nearby restaurants was definitely a surprise considering how remotely located the property is. Terri was a delight to work with while coordinating golf cart rentals, recommendations, and extra services. She was EXTREMELY responsive and really cared for the details that would be difficult for us to handle from Alaska. She even met us at the airport at 5:30 am on the morning of our departure to take care of the golf cart rental return! Overall, this was a fantastic experience and worth every penny we spent to stay there. We loved the charm of Ambergris Caye and will definitely be back! Pro tip: bring bug repellent with DEET!!! You’ll thank me for that advice and hopefully not because you didn’t follow it to begin with 😂

Nice and relaxing location

My wife and son (age 7) had a great stay at Alom. Terri and the team there are super nice, responsive and professional. They answered every question we had and really made the experience seamless and enjoyable. There wasn't a time when they weren't there for us if we needed something or had a question. They were super helpful in booking our golf cart, tropic air flight from BZE to San Pedro as well helping to arrange 4 different excursions. All of the operators they suggested were great. So, definitely 5 stars for the team there. We stayed at Alom #1. As of writing this, there are two villas side by side. They are modern by Ambergris Caye standards and relatively new with nice appliances and fixtures. Perfect for a family of 3. There were guests in #2 but we never saw or heard them. We checked out the pool at the adjoining Sapphire resort the first day we were there. It wasn't so great and we never returned. But, again, that's not really part of Alom. It's just an added perk if you want it. There are a lot of other resorts with pools you can lounge at. Alom is located about a 30/40 minute bumpy golf cart ride from San Pedro proper. Definitely book a golf cart. Ours was waiting for us when Terri picked us up at the airport. We never had any issues with it. Good quality. The complimentary Airport transfer is a very nice and important perk. We chose to stay on the north part of Ambergris Caye to avoid crowds as much as possible due to the ongoing COVID situation. Although it meant having a relatively long commute to places of interest, it was very quiet and secluded. Overall, our family had an amazing experience. But to be fair, it wasn't without some issues, but most of those were beyond what the team at Alom could control. For example, the sargassum seaweed was quite bad when we got there. The water was brown and smelt bad, like sewage, which wafted through the property depending on the breeze. It was slightly better in week 2 but don't expect to be able to swim directly off the shore in Ambergris Caye anywhere unless you drive about 45 minute north towards rocky point. It changes depending on the weather, of course, but this issues has been lingering along the Caribbean coast for nearly two years. Having said that, Secret Beach on the leeward side is a 20/30 min golf cart ride away and has a beautiful swimming beach. We spent a few days there along with taking 3 snorkeling trips, driving north up the coast, and pool hopping at different resorts. I dove the Blue Hole using Amigos de la Mar. Amazing trip. The power went out 3 times to the entire northern part of the Caye when we were there over 10 days. Luckily, the fan in the master bedroom didn't go out, so we could sleep. There were 3 AC units in the house. 1 didn't work the whole time, the other 2 worked but went out when power went to the entire northside of the island. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom AC rocked! There were a few heavy rain storms and the roof in the hall leaked so we put down towels in the hall. The lock on the front door was a bit tricky and took a few days to get used to opening and closing, which is not a big deal... unless at night when you're trying to get in quickly so not get munched by mosquitoes! But again, kind of minor in the grand scheme of things. Derrick, the property hand was always available and friendly and helped get the kayaks out for us. If it's not too windy or rough it's about a 10 minute paddle out to the reef. We're grateful to Terri, Chad, Mark, Derrick and the Alom team for a memorable, tropical and wonderful stay. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a more quiet and local option that doesn’t include the noisy hum of golf carts! Belize is a special place whose magic takes some time to sink in … but once it does you begin to appreciate the amazing bio diversity, history, food and culture of this unique and beautiful locale.

We just came back from our trip to San Pedro. Chad's place is an amazing property with a view that is to die for - ocean front. You basically have a private beach to yourself. The sea grass is pretty bad this time of the year (makes it hard to swim at the beach where the house is) but Raheem who is the ground keeper keeps the place so clean and inviting! The home is modern, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four. Two bedrooms and two full baths with a great kitchen. Terri is basically your personal concierge who arranges your trip and makes recommendations on places to visit, eat and do. She communicated with us as we were planning our trip and throughout our time time there. We rented a golf cart from them which I would say is a must since the property is about 45 minutes away from town. Be warned that it is a bumpy ride but we didn't mind it. Secret Beach is about 20 minutes away - we loved Secret Beach and went there twice. Also the Beach BBQ that Terri booked for us is well worth the money - it was an amazing experience! The snorkeling at Mexico Rocks, Hol Chan and Shark Alley is truly incredible. Also, the local food tour is wonderful especially for our foodie family. You get to use the amenities of Saphire Resort which is right next door including the pool, bar and restaurant. We had breakfast at the restaurant almost every day we were there. We had such an incredible vacation and really fell in love with the place, the people and the food! If you're looking for a place in San Pedro to relax, be away from the crowds with an occasional trip to town, look no further. Mark and Terri are incredible hosts and the place is just beautiful!

This place felt like home. Like you’re on your own private island on the island! It was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It’s really a beautiful place. We were greeted by our concierges Teri and Evan at the airport. They took us for some food and drinks and gave us a tour of the town. They showed us where the grocery store was and other pertinent places that we might need, along with showing us all the good restaurants to eat at. They also hooked us up with an awesome snorkeling tour where we swim with the sharks. They were amazing our whole stay! They helped us with anything we needed and were always available. Rahiem works at the property making sure everything is in working order. Super cool guy and nice to talk to! We would call all of them our new friends, that’s how great they all were! We can’t wait to go back and see them. Secret beach is about a 20 minute golf cart ride. Downtown is about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this place!

We loved our trip. Terri was the most helpful concierge and she was the most valuable asset. It was so great to have a local available to help with questions and coordination of events. Beach BBQ with Captain Joel was the best day ever. A day at Secret Beach is an absolute must as well. Highly encourage a catamaran trip. Estels dine by the sea is a must try for breakfast (fry jack nachos! Trust me).

We had a great time staying here. The building and grounds are beautiful and clean. You get an incredible concierge, Terri, who will pick you up from the airport, arrange all of your activities, golf carts, etc. It should be noted that the residence is 45 min away from San Pedro by golf cart. The closest cluster of restaurants are about 15 min away by golf cart. Additionally, Belize is having a sea grass overgrowth right now and depending on the time of year, it can smell like sulfur and makes going in the water off the beach inaccessible. This is not an only issue at this place. The sea grass is affecting the while eastern side of the island and the main land coast. Overall amazing experience!

This villa was beautiful, clean, nice linens and pillows, comfortable beds, AC worked great! Terri and Chad were so incredible to communicate with. They gave us so much info in advance and booked taxis, the water ferry, Covid tests, etc. Terri picked us up from The water taxi and stopped at the grocery store so we could stock up and even ordered pizza for us since we were starving. Terri is seriously the best!!! The place itself was great, if you are OK to be off the beaten path and farther from town. The road on the golf cart is slow going, but we got better at it! 🤣 The sea weed was a big disappointment for us, as we couldn’t swim at our beach, but that is how it is at all Beaches are (except Secret Beach) in Ambergris Caye. They did a good job removing it as best as they could, but there’s not much else they can do. I think we would’ve been happier just staying at our villa if the seaweed wouldn’t have been a problem, but once again, this is something everyone deals with on the island and there’s not much to do about it!! I think we were there at the worst time for the seaweed, but I’m Not sure. Thank you Terri and Chad for the fabulous trip! Their concierge service is seriously unbeatable!!! ❤️❤️

Wow, what a great time at this villa. From the booking, to the pre- arrival conversations with Chad and Teri, to the ‘goodbye, see you next time” – it was all top-notch service. Teri went above and beyond daily to make sure we were well taken care of, knew where to go, where to eat and where the nicest beaches were. The trip would not have been the same without her advice and help. And we must mention Evan and the help he provided on our trips to and from the airport - such nice, wonderful people in Belize. We rented a golf cart to get around the Caye as the villa is north of town a ways. Many of the restaurants just north of town have pools so you can swim and eat a meal after going to Secret Beach. Secret Beach should be on everyone’s itinerary- what a gem. We spent an entire day there. The Truck Stop is a must- they have several food trucks and a pool back behind on the bay side. Aji’s is a beautiful spot for a yummy, relaxing dinner on the beach- they also have a pool. The restaurant next door to the villa, Gems, is awesome too. They had great snapper and veggies and the cocktails were divine. We had a great time in Belize- we’ll be back.

Let me start off by saying, what a truly beautiful and magical place! At the private estate I got a serene atmosphere and hands down 5 star service! My Villa was a super clean, contemporary space with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on while away. I hung out every morning on my private front porch where I watched and listened to the sea birds, and tides wash up on the shore. Nothing like having a fresh cup of coffee on the beach in the morning. Chad was the best! Super communicative and detailed making our travel plans super easy and carefree. My personal Concierge, Terri, was a wealth of knowledge. Never realized what an impact having access to someone who knows all the ins and outs of the island would make on our trip, truly priceless. Terri reserved our flights from Belize City to the island, arranged my golf cart rental, airport pickup, snorkeling trip, boating and private island beach BBQ, return COVID test, etc and hooked me up with some great Cuban cigars. The wife and I had so much fun and much needed R&R. I hands down would recommend checking out Secret Beach and North Ambergris Caye. Many instagram worthy photos. Sad to have left. We will definitely return again soon!

The accommodations at Alom are incredible and the service is outstanding! We got married on the beach in front and it was a dream come true. Terri, the concierge, knew all the vendors personally and made sure everything went smoothly from the moment we landed. She made us feel so at home and ensured every detail was perfect. Mark, the owner, and all the staff made us feel like royalty. Our wedding, activities, and entire stay far exceeded our expectations and was above and beyond what we imagined. We are already planning our return to this beautiful paradise. Thank you and everyone at Alom for the most magical experience and spectacular wedding!

This was a great vacation from our accommodations to the city to the wonderful locals. The apartment is beautiful with a beach view that was ours alone. Everything was high end and modern mixes with beautiful local touches. Terry was amazing and helped us to book expeditions for a great price and helped us find the local places to eat so we received the full experience of being in Belize. We will be returning soon!

Where to start..... amazing place to stay. Our first time ever in Belize and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Terri is an excellent Concierge. We will be back. Great value and being that close to such a nice beach was great. Views were incredible. Hidden jewel for sure! You won’t regret staying at this property.

We stayed at the property for a week with 5 people. Couldn't have been better. We were in constant contact with Chad and Terri prior to the trip which was fantastic as they made planning logistics of travel/covid testing/ meals/ etc. a breeze for us (Terri is the San Pedro local on site concierge). Terri met us at the airport, provided absolutely everything we needed from transportation, recommendations, activity planning, private chef- a tremendous resource of local knowledge and a phenomenal cook as well as a joy to be around. She is absolutely the most wonderful person and the private concierge service she provides became the most helpful and crucial aspect of the trip (to have someone provide options for all the different activities, local knowledge, organize, plan, and setup up any of the incredible daily options San Pedro has to offer. The space is fantastic, everything you could need. You have a resort space/beachfront to yourself basically, and with the option of using the full amenities of Sapphire resort next door (pools, bar/restaurant). The property is located about 10miles north of San Pedro, which was perfect as we were looking for something remote, quiet, away from crowds, and out of town. Renting a golf cart for the week is essential and very affordable as it provides the ability to visit just about any place on the island. It does take about 45 minutes to get to the town of San Pedro by golf cart on bumpy roads, but we enjoyed the trip. I could go on- point being, if you're planning a trip to San Pedro and prefer the AirBNB option over traditional resorts. This is what you're looking for.

This was everything I hoped for and then some!! Can’t beat the beachfront location and the villa itself is a dream. Everything you need. Lovely decor. Welcoming, attentive hosts. I’ll be back, and in the meantime I’ll be telling everyone I know to book their stay.

I can not say enough about my stay at ALOM, this place is an absolute dream!!! The beach access is unbeatable, and I spent a lot of time just relaxing beachside. The villa is beautiful and sparkling clean, and Chad was so responsive to everything I needed! It was hard to choose between relaxing in the house or on the beach because it's such a cool space. I think this location is one of the best on the island!! It's really easy to explore from, close to the airport and literally right on one of the best beaches I saw while on the island. Chad had some really cool local tips for me and some amazing info about the marine life as well. I will return here over and over again, and I can't wait to see how they add to this boutique spot!!
