Serene Beachfront Estate, Private Paradise

I couldn’t have stayed in a better place than Alom. Everything was super organized and made for a really comfortable stay. It felt like being on a tropical island but with all the comforts of home.

We always come back to this property, and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing, and the setting is perfectly secluded and quiet - exactly what we love. Terri, the concierge, was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and close to great restaurants, yet still peaceful. We especially loved the private beach, and the beds were super comfy. Another wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The villa was in a fantastic location - away from the hustle and bustle, private, luxurious, close to all the scuba diving hot spots and to hidden local restaurants about a quarter mile to two miles down the road. A gorgeous pool is coming soon! We can’t wait to come back and experience it once it’s finished! We also loved how easy it was to get around with our golf cart - went to secret beach for a relaxed afternoon. Everything about the property was wonderful, the team made our trip comfortable and convenient, and we will definitely be back!

Loved the stay. Get the golf carts from in town- go to secret beach, book a fishing trip, feed the tarpons, swim with rays and nurse sharks, conserve our ocean….

There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Location was great. We loved being far from town and having our own space and beach. Teri, the manager, was great! The whole staff did an awesome job!

Everything was absolutely lovely - memories were made that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to come back! The estate and villa are impeccably maintained! We had the most restful nights sleep we’ve ever had on holiday! The on-site team is world class! Terri, your personal concierge is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help make your stay the best possible! Derrick is wonderfully helpful and works hard daily to maintain the beach and property. Karla, handles your daily housekeeping and is a sweetheart, a bright ray of smiley sunshine! The property is truly stunning a once in a life time place to experience and stay in we loved how it was out of town and private just for our family! We enjoyed exploring off the pier we saw so many rays sea turtles and Henry ( the eel that lives by the pier) it was so cool! We highly recommend staying here! Being on the north side of the island was so peaceful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chad’s Place on San Pedro Island, Belize, and it was an unforgettable experience for my sisters and I. Our rooms and the grounds at the Villa were always clean, we always had clean linen, towels and freshly picked jelly coconut water daily. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Belizean hospitality. The property itself is a true gem—nestled right on the beach with breathtaking views of the turquoise Sea. The interior of the villa is just as impressive. It’s beautifully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and local charm. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Our host was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive. They provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining, and even helped us arrange a couple of memorable excursions, including snorkeling and a visit to a nearby island. The location is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you want to lounge on the beach, explore nearby attractions, or just enjoy a simple sunset. Certainly a unique and unforgettable stay!

Our holiday was magical! The beach was pristine, cleaned daily which is more than I’ve seen at other locations! Waters were perfect while we were there - calm and crystal blue! Great value - daily housekeeping, full staff, and concierge! Huge bonus! Terri helped booked our travel to the island, escorted us to the villa for arrival/departure, and coordinated all our extra services! Her recommendations and support made the stay Stellar! We were able to just show up and enjoy!Priceless!!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our in villa experience was tops - beautiful, comfortable beds, thoughtful appointments, and elevated!
