My experience in this home was great a/c was great! Clean as pictured close to everything. Uber rides are very inexpensive. I will return. The VIEW 10 out of 10!!

Beautiful house in a very quiet area, incredible views and surrounded by lots of nature, bird and butterfly watching. Strategic location for visiting beaches and other areas of tourist interest.

Near everything, super clean, private and secure. We had an amazing experience from the moment we booked until the last minute. The place is amazing, the views from every single room are beautiful. Would definitely return!

It's a beautiful, very comfortable house! The views are beautiful! In the kitchen, you'll have absolutely everything you need to cook. The pool is in perfect condition! Just right for getting out of the daily grind, close to the city! ❤️

The location was great, right in center of town so walkable to everything, but peaceful with majestic ocean view.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was much better stocked with towels, utensils, etc. than most Airbnb's. Everything we could ever need was there. It is a nice private little hide away that was exactly what we wanted. That being said it is a quick 5 minute drive to super markets. I would recommend to other people.

Excellent stay

A nice, pretty house in the mountains of Athens. Spacious and comfortable. Private residential area, so it is recommended for quiet family or business trips. Very helpful with support services. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill. Very nice pool, as well as the garden spaces and terraces. Drive carefully inside the condominium because the street is narrow. Athens city center is 10-15 minutes away by car. Comfortable beds, but they have soft mattresses, so if anyone has back or hip problems, keep that in mind.

This condo is beautiful. The air conditioning was a huge plus. Loved the balconies and the view of the pool and beach! Walkable to the main strip and tons of restaurants. Would stay here again!

Everything was very nice, the view and everything, but the TV in the small room was damaged.

The pool is beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The house is super complete, it has all the necessary utensils and more; we didn't need anything at all. Everything was clean, tidy and designed to make the stay comfortable. We loved the place from start to finish. We would definitely go back without thinking. Totally recommended! 🌅✨

My favorite place to stay in Jaco! Its right where you want to be and has everything you need

Fantastic condo and beautiful location. Secure grounds - there’s a locked gate that also gives access to the beach from the pool area. The pool is large and very clean. It’s a 2 minute walk to the main street - so many shops and restaurants. Our favorite soda was Soda Garabito. The condo is roomy and beds are comfortable. It’s also worthwhile to get a free Club card at the MegaSuper grocery store - it gives great discounts - you only need your license or passport to sign up.

This place was excellent! Very spacious, easy to get to, and had even better views. The condo was extremely quiet and very accessible to shops, restaurants and the beach close by. I would definitely recommend staying here if it is available!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Diamente unit! Yojaira did a wonderful job being attentive and responsive to anything that was needed during our time in Costa Rica! She really made sure we felt at home! We look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was a 10/10 ! I would definitely stay here again. I felt super safe. Only thing I would add is probably a full body mirror but other than that this place looks better in person! Love it

The space was huge, and super exquisite. The location was perfect and easy to get to everything. Security was a little tight, but hey, they were just doing their jobs. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful condo right next to the beach - it also has a lovely pool. Restaurants and shopping were walkable and yummy. Bedrooms are private and each have their own restroom. Communcal area was great and fit us all comfortably. We had a wonderful time here and in Jaco!

We cannot recommend this place anymore. Walkable, safe, clean, insanely spacious. Enjoy an array of outdoor amenities, restaurants and shopping right by the condo.

Great place. View and beach access is perfect. Just far enough off main street and all you hear is the ocean. Security is solid too.

An excellent option to relax and enjoy

A beautiful house, amazing views and just lovely. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the pool is great, we were 6 and didn't feel crowded. We had a wonderful weekend close to San José. I highly recommend it!

This large unit is on the 6th floor, on the beach, and walkable to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Entering the main common area (kitchen, dining and living space), you are greeted with the wall of windows accessing the main balcony, which overlooks the pool and ocean. We sat on the main balcony every morning watching surfers as we planned our days and enjoyed spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Every bedroom (3) has its own en-suite bath and access to balconies that provide views of every side of this corner unit. This property is centrally located in Jaco in a gated and very secure community. Yojaira pays attention to detail and is very responsive. Would book again -- Pura Vida.

Our family enjoyed the stay at the home. The home was clean and had multiple beds and bathrooms. The kitchen has various appliances for use. Outdoor pool was great and the view was amazing. Overall not a bad place to stay for a vacation trip.

This location was the perfect spot for our family! It was right on “the strip” of Jaco so was in a walkable distance to the restaurants but felt peaceful in its location on the beach. We loved going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The building has a guard so felt very safe for us traveling with our children.

A lovely, comfortable, well-equipped home in Pica Flora, a small gated community very close to the town of Atenas. Quiet and peaceful. Sitting outside with morning coffee one day we were visited by a flock of toucans, which perched in the tree right across from us. It was magical! And though I am sometimes leery of cleanliness of houses with such high ceilings and so much woodwork, the place was immaculate. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers, well-equipped and excellent coffee machine, plus responsive host and Dilcia, an amazing housekeeper. It was great!

We enjoyed our stay. Very walkable- restaurants and shops are within 3-10 minute walk (depending how far you go of course). It is spacious & comfortable w/ beautiful views. The parking lot and pool are gated which gives a better feeling of security. The amenities listed were great for our needs. There are pool towels as well as bath towels. My only notes are that the south building’s view is blocked by north one (as in the north one is closer to the beach; they are not even distances from it); the shower off the queen bedroom has poor engineering & sprays out into the floor if you don’t shower right up against the wall bc there isn’t a full door; the living room TV didn’t work well but hopefully that will be fixed after our stay. But all over very happy with our stay here! Would stay again!

The place was within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The pool is situated right off the beach with great views of the ocean. Loved the location and Yojaira is very communicative throughout the booking and stay experience.

Yojaira was super responsible! The picture of the bedrooms was a little confusing, but she fixed and explained patiently. The place is a wonder, the pool is definitely the highlight! Great size and clean. The beds are comfortable. We had 5 families, with 12 people staying, and never felt crowded. We had the best weekend with friends and family in Costa Rica here! Definitely planning to come back and book for a longer stay.

We have been spending the winters in Atenas for about 10 years and have rented several different houses in the area. While they have all been very nice, Yojaira's house has to be in the top 2 or 3 houses that we have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the layout of the house is perfect and the proximity to the Central Park, restaurants and grocery stores is just right. It is far enough for peace and quiet but close enough that we walked to town almost every day that we were there. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook the delicious vegetables and meats and cheeses that we procured at the weekly farmers market. Highly recommend this house!

Had a great visit! The place was in a great location close to restaurants and activities! Yojaira was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip and even before when we had questions! We will definitely look at renting with her again!

The condo was much larger than expected. Opening the glass doors to the balcony created a beatify breeze and was better than air conditioning. The pool area was pristine! Plenty of lounge chairs. Security was very attentive.

We had 3 beautiful days. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The pool is very nice, and the access to the beach is great. Yojaira had many details that helped our short stay: pool towels, cleaning supplies, cooking art (oil, salt, sugar). Communication was super friendly. We are very grateful!

A very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its location is excellent having the beach just a few steps away. Being on the sixth floor the view of the sea and the sunsets is amazing. The pool and its very clean and comfortable surroundings and very friendly surveillance staff. We had a wonderful stay! We loved swimming in the pool (kids especially), we had beautiful views at every turn, and it was perfectly secluded while still being close to fun activities, restaurants, and grocery stores.

This place was great! It was gated but easy to get in so it felt safe and private. The views were amazing and it was easy access to the pool and the beach. Location was also easy to get around to restaurants, grocery stores etc. I would stay here again!

It was a great place to stay, the host was very involved and made sure everything was good. There weee a few minor issues that were unforeseen and she took care of them immediately. I would recommend this place to family and friends, we had a an awesome time.

Lovely place! Just as shown in the pictures. Our family had a great time. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are spacious, and the outdoor areas are great to spend time during the day or to have a bbq in the evening. I am especially grateful to the cleaning lady because we left our own keys and something else when we checked out, but luckily we were able to quickly sort it out with her in order to retrieve them. I absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying there again 👌🏻

Lovely little slice of paradise just 35-40 min from SJO, perfect for those late night flight arrivals! Very easy drive at night. The kids had a blast in the pool and looking at the iguanas and cows in the properties nearby.

Although we did not cook there, everything as far as cooking utensils are available should you need them. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful. The Costa Rican mountains of Atenas are breathtaking. Morning sunrises are so beautiful here. My husband and I had a blast during our stay at your property with family. We enjoyed preparing meals, playing games, spending time together, napping, and making memories in this beautiful house. The sun kissed our skin as we played in the pool and the breeze refreshed our spirits. I will recommend this vacation rental to my friends back home who are interested in visiting this area of Costa Rica.

This home was the best place my family has stayed in Costa Rica (and we've stayed in many over the last six years). The physical beauty and surroundings made it a relaxing pleasure. It had artful touches and was remarkably clean, even very high up in the cathedral ceilings and between window slats. It smelled fresh and crisp (we've encountered many musty homes in CR). Equally importantly, Yojaira and team were not only responsive, they were kind, patient and generous. I misplaced our wallets with our passports -- AAGGHH!!! -- and they sprang into action to support us and were incredibly flexible. My family is deeply grateful for this experience, and we'd stay again in a heartbeat! We HIGHLY recommend it!
