The Airbnb was very nice, clean, and well-equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect right on the water with easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of nearby activities, all within walking distance. The only downside was the condominium’s guest policy. You’re not allowed to bring any visitors onto the property until after 10 p.m. I had friends visiting from the U.S. who were staying nearby in Jacó and just wanted to stop by so we could share an Uber to dinner, but security wouldn’t let them enter. Instead, the Uber driver had to pick us up first they had to wait outside the gate for until we pulled out which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to stay, just something to keep in mind if you plan to have friends visit during your trip.

When we first arrived (an hour after check in), security didn’t know the place was being rented out, so we had to wait until host answered the phone - which took a while. Many of the lights were faulty, however host was responsive and offered to have maintenance check. Multiple knobs were broken and doors were hard to open. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush. The place could use some maintenance. However, staff is very nice and the view was beautiful, each room had its own balcony and bathroom which was great. The place was extremely spacious and I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing view with restaurants, beaches and stores at close proximity.

This large unit is on the 6th floor, on the beach, and walkable to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Entering the main common area (kitchen, dining and living space), you are greeted with the wall of windows accessing the main balcony, which overlooks the pool and ocean. We sat on the main balcony every morning watching surfers as we planned our days and enjoyed spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Every bedroom (3) has its own en-suite bath and access to balconies that provide views of every side of this corner unit. This property is centrally located in Jaco in a gated and very secure community. Yojaira pays attention to detail and is very responsive. Would book again -- Pura Vida.

Everything went well and communication was good. Host responded promptly with any issues or concerns. The area is also nice. In walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores, etc

Yojaira's place is exactly as described. Loved the oceanfront vibe and proximity to a grocery store and various places to eat. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a reliable and clean place to situate yourself in the Jaco Beach area.

It was perfect! For what me and my group needed. We felt at home, things were very close and walkable, beautiful views of the mountains and ocean. I would definitely stay here again.
