We absolutely loved our stay!! Dave and Nat were great hosts - very communicative, kind and flexible. Our group had been at an Airbnb in CDMX that was extremely misleading so we ended up leaving our original Airbnb to stay at Dave and Nat’s and it was the best decision of the trip. Everyone had their own space, the place is fully equipped, such cool design, high ceilings, really lovely rooftop terrace and everything was squeaky clean. Highly recommend this spot for anyone, but particularly groups (it’s a big home!). The only slight downside was the WiFi was slightly inconsistent, but not a big deal as we were out and about most of the days and nights anyway. Also the neighborhood is absolutely charming - so many great restaurants, cafes and shops. Would love to return to CDMX and stay at Dave and Nat’s again.

Excellent location!! I stayed here for my bachelorette/birthday trip with 7 other girls and there was plenty of space for all of us, some even had their own room. Great common areas to hang out together. Dave and Nat were so easy to communicate with and super accommodating with the check-in and check-out! Would recommend this to anyone with a big group!

This is a great place if you are traveling with a large group. The home is spacious with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. A real highlight is the rooftop deck, where we spent a fair amount of time socializing and relaxing. The home is located in a great neighborhood and very walkable to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Plenty of bodegas/convenience stores and pharmacies around in case you need to pick up toiletries, medications, or other household needs. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to request. Overall this was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Our group of four families loved staying at this house! The location was excellent with a beautiful tree lined walking path right outside the door and tons of shops and restaurants nearby.

The Airbnb was beautiful. It had the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for my group of 9. The rooftop was the perfect backdrop for our welcome dinner. There were enough plates and cups for our group, and ample storage space in all the rooms. We absolutely loved how accessible the neighborhood is to local restaurants and stores. Additionally, there is a beautiful trail to run on near the house. I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The neighborhood was very walkable and convenient, with coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores all within easy walking distance. Two of the bedrooms are up a few flights of stairs, but that wasn’t an issue for our group. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This place is amazing for large groups, great location and very clean and the hosts were very responsive and attentive in case we needed something ( We didn't need anything but they checked on us a couple times to see is everything was fine or if we need anything replaced like toilet paper or towels)

Booked this home for a group of 14 visiting for the World Cup and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance from Condesa, Hipódromo and Roma Norte where you can find a ton of restaurants and bars. Oxxo convenience store is just a few steps away from the home and it’s open 24 hrs. The terrace is just like the pictures, large and with a ton of seating. The whole group really enjoyed their stay and we would not hesitate renting again!

The house is at a convenience location with lots of restaurants nearby. The description is very accurate. It has many bedrooms, perfect for large groups. The rooftop is very nice, with a big table and ample of seating area for everyone. We spent most of the time there. Check-in and check-out is very easy and the house is well maintained.

It was a great location. I love that there’s a bathroom in all of the bedrooms. Beds are extremely comfortable. Can be a little toasty in the summertime in the living room because of no central air, but I knew that going in and the fans in the bedroom were great.

Dave and Nat's place was even nicer than we expected from the pictures. All of us remarked at how much well we slept in the very comfortable beds. The only thing I'd change is perhaps having an umbrella or awning on the roof, as it's very hot and bright during the day (at least when we were there in late May). Otherwise couldn't have been happier.

This place is amazing. It was exactly as shown in the pictures and was neat and pristinely clean. The hosts were very responsive, and we got answers to all our queries within minutes. They also allowed us to keep our luggage before the check-in time, which was very helpful. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. There are many good cafés and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The location is right in the heart of Mexico City, with many historical places close by. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If I get a chance to visit again, I will surely choose this place once more. Thank you, Dave, Nat & Moy, for hosting us at your beautiful place.

Dave and Nat have an incredible hidden gem in the best neighborhood. The space was even more stunning in person - multi-floor, incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a private chef cook for us one night, and the kitchen and roof deck were absolutely perfect for it. 100% would stay here again!

A beautiful house in one of Mexico City’s most charming locations. Avenida Amsterdam is a destination in itself, and the house more than lives up to it. The design and interior are tasteful and stylish and there is a beautiful rooftop terrace.bCommunication with the host was smooth and friendly. Highly recommended.

Dave and Nat’s home was just as described and plenty of space for 13 people at a bachelorette party. The highlight was definitely the rooftop area which was huge and a wonderful gathering space. Dave and Nat were very proactive about reaching out with instructions and very responsive as well!

Great spot. Really liked having en suite bathrooms for every room (as well as the two extra half baths). Nicely decorated and set up. Location close to the park and to Polanco. I know most airbnbs have them now but the keypad makes life so much easier on check in and we had 6 people so no figuring out who needed the keys next. Also, we were able to get in early to store our luggage which was helpful. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Our large group of 14 had a fantastic 3-night stay. Great location, very walkable, and looked just like the photos. We really appreciated the easy check-in process and being able to drop bags off earlier than the check-in time (only hiccup was that the cleaning staff needed more time beyond the 4pm check-in to finish cleaning from the previous guests). Important to note that the first two floors don't have the most natural light, except for some skylights and bedrooms on higher floors require ascending 4+ flights of stairs. That being said, there is a great private rooftop and overall, this is a great space for large groups!

We loved staying at this Airbnb; if we come back to Mexico City, we would stay here again. The hosts were always attentive to our needs and kept in constant communication. Thanks!

Great stay! The place was beautiful, very walkable, and surrounded by lots of shops and things to do. It comfortably fit 8 guys with plenty of space. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive—when we realized we were missing some soap, they brought it to us first thing the next morning. Very easy to communicate with and great overall hosts. Would definitely recommend.

The house was fantastic for a large group. We were 9 individuals and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at any point. The space is perfect for hosting and the neighbourhood is quiet with a wonderful coffee shop right next door.

We were a group of 13 women traveling to Mexico City, and Dave and Nat's place was the perfect set up! Everyone was able to either have their own double bed or share a king bed - plenty of space. There were 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large outdoor rooftop patio, and ample indoor space to hang out and play games. We were very happy with the space and it was perfect for us. One thing to note: there are a ton of stairs (four floors total) so a couple of us had to lug suitcases to the top floor. Also, there are very few full length mirrors - the ground floor has one, but other floors did not. Dave & Nat were very communicative whenever we had questions - helping us find van transportation for the weekend, clarifying amenities, and, most importantly, they were very responsive and helpful when we encountered an issue with the water system in the house. I would recommend staying at this location, it was superb!

Dave and Nat's home was the perfect place for a group stay in Mexico City. I was traveling with a large group of 12, and we had everything we needed in their home. They were very responsive and helpful whenever we messaged them. It was also very helpful to have a place with so many bathrooms for a large group (one on each floor)! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious for our needs. The location is amazing, and very safe + walkable to what we wanted to do in CDMX. They were kind enough to let us check out late on the last day, and leave our bags a bit longer. We will be back and would highly recommend Dave and Nat's home for groups visiting Mexico City!

It was our first time visiting CDMX and our entire family was so well accommodated. The location is perfect for our large family, everything we needed was within walking distance. Dave and Nat provided recommendations and we were able to enjoy a delicious private dining experience on the terrace. Anytime I had a question I was able to reach out for guidance and suggestions. The location can’t be beat- right near the Hippodrome and walking distance to great cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Perfect place for larger groups. One of the bedrooms had a water leak from the ceiling when we were there, but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t utilize that bedroom- but trust that they’ll get it fixed before the next guest arrives.

We're a family of four and stayed in the apartment for 11 days. The place is modern, very comfortable and with a we'll equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the hosts are very responsive. We heard music from a nearby club during Friday and Saturday evening but it was manageable. We'd definitely stay here in our next trip to Mexico City.

Our extended family of 13 had a great stay at Dave and Nat's place! There were comfortable, well configured bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and nice shared spaces for meals and hanging out. The location was great for walking and running, there were lots of restaurants in walking distance, and the museums and other places we wanted to visit we an east Uber ride.
