• Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $300 USD fine.
• Parties and events are not allowed. Excessive noise is prohibited after 10 p.m.; please respect the neighbors.
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Contact the host in advance to arrange it.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
• Please do not move the furniture.
