Renting an Airbnb in a new country where little English is spoken can be scary; however, our host spoke great English and the house maid used a translator app to communicate effectively. Both Fernando and his house maid Maria were friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful! The property was off a small rocky, dirt road which was a little scary but it was enclosed by a gate that made us feel safe. The pool and property was well kept and clean. Maria connected us with a driver, Carlos who helped us to get around. There was a Walmart nearby where we were able to get essentials. It was 12 of us who slept comfortably with room left over for more people. We were a bit lost when trying to get there, however our host was very responsive and guided us there, he even offered to come pick us up! I was very pleased with this property and host and will use him again if needed.

Fernando is a top guy, very responsive. Maria doesn’t speak English but luckily we had a friend that spoke Spanish, she seemed nice as well.

the house is very spacious for large groups or families,with comfortable spaces the terrace is a place where we had a good time!!! the pool is very large and with a chapoteadero for the youngest children. for the number of people who can be hospitalized in the house there are missing dishes 😁(various dishes for children and glass glasses) lend towels I believe 18 in total, if you go to hospital here , I recommend bringing towels for the beach! for the location if a car is needed... but in general the house is very comfortable and spacious! the lady who takes care of the house is very nice and attentive from the beginning to the end. I would definitely stay here again❤️🏝

We stayed for a week with 16 people. There was definitely room for everyone. As per the other reviews the location was definitely hard to find. However, Fernando was VERY responsive and met us so we can get to the house. You are 5-10mins from everything driving. On our week there they were building a 7 Eleven on our block, you could walk to. So if you’re coming in a month or so, you could just Uber everywhere. But I recommend a car. We booked two of our excursions with Fernando and it was worth it! HIGHLY recommend. We also had Maria during our trip. 10/10! Her meals were so delicious. It was nice to come back and leave for our excursions with a full belly. She also kept the house tidy! She is worth every peso. Our overall experience was great! We will definitely stay here again.

The ideal property to share with the family, everything as described and communication at all times was effective at all times.

The airbnb is just as it is in the description. A spacious place with many rooms and air conditioning in all spaces. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very nice to rest for the afternoon. The only downside for us was that the surrounding streets are almost all terraced. Outside of this is an excellent space for large groups at reasonable price. I recommend taking a day to enjoy the property.

Excellent space to enjoy a few days of vacation. Secured fun at this home, near the airport and downtown Cancun. The arrival is a little tricky since Maps sends land areas, but once you locate Av. de las Torres, it is much easier to get there. We definitely hope to return soon and stay at this beautiful place again. Mrs. Mary is very helpful and kind.

Fernando was very kind, we needed it more time to leave the house to go to the airport. I allowed us to stay there if we needed something to the slope,the house is large and comfortable and the patio is very nice to spend with the family !!

We rented the villa for a family holiday and it was perfect!! Very nice exactly as the pictures lots of space. Maria was great help lovely lady she helped us with the BRQ and it was delicious. Fernando is always there to help if you need anything when you message him. Overall I would stay in the villa again is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay- it was a little difficult to find, but once we found it we got the hang of it. It is further from downtown and hotel zone so if you are wanting to go there often, count on spending a lot of money on taxis. Maria was wonderful and very helpful! All in all it was a great place to stay with tons of space.

We loved our stay at the Villa. Enjoyed the view and the rooms. So much space available. Very great for again for Maria who assisted us w so much information. Very good food Maria cooked for us to enjoy.

Exactly as the pictures show. Large place with a great swimming pool and tennis courts. We were a family of 14 and we had more than ample space to sleep and congregate. Maria stays at the property and was available to cook for us and take care of any of our needs (for a small daily fee). We had a great time at Fernando's place and would recommend it. Note that you will definitely need a car to stay here as it is not in the hotel zone and a little off the beaten path.

The house is great!!! A lot of space and very comfortable. Ideal for big families. The pool was serviced twice a week which means it was always nice and clean. The kitchen is awesome and it had 3 fridges !!! I highly recommend this house to relax and spend a good vacation with the family.

Lastly, if you stay here you will need a vehicle because you will be 20 minutes away from the beach and stores.

Fernando and his family were extremely accommodating! Fernando was ALWAYS available for our questions, no matter the time (we had an issue with Netflix and he came over about 10pm’ish/ 11pm). There are hammocks in the cabinets in the backyard, in case Fernando forgets to mention it lol. The house was extremely clean and although we showed up before check-in Fernando allowed us to come in and change clothes. We felt apart of the family and safe. I recommend this location!

This place is a fortress...Its was great and had everything you need from privacy to fun....there was a power outage in the neighborhoods....Fernando showed up with a generator....PAID FOOR A ROOM for us and did not leave until it restored. He said we could to room or...stay our choice....Sandy whose stays in another place on property is AMAZING....One text and shes there....she will cook clean help with anything....She made us a bowl of Salsa that was to see for....We truly truly enjoyed this stay...Thanks Fernando
