Renting an Airbnb in a new country where little English is spoken can be scary; however, our host spoke great English and the house maid used a translator app to communicate effectively. Both Fernando and his house maid Maria were friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful! The property was off a small rocky, dirt road which was a little scary but it was enclosed by a gate that made us feel safe. The pool and property was well kept and clean. Maria connected us with a driver, Carlos who helped us to get around. There was a Walmart nearby where we were able to get essentials. It was 12 of us who slept comfortably with room left over for more people. We were a bit lost when trying to get there, however our host was very responsive and guided us there, he even offered to come pick us up! I was very pleased with this property and host and will use him again if needed.

Fernando is a top guy, very responsive. Maria doesn’t speak English but luckily we had a friend that spoke Spanish, she seemed nice as well.

the house is very spacious for large groups or families,with comfortable spaces the terrace is a place where we had a good time!!! the pool is very large and with a chapoteadero for the youngest children. for the number of people who can be hospitalized in the house there are missing dishes 😁(various dishes for children and glass glasses) lend towels I believe 18 in total, if you go to hospital here , I recommend bringing towels for the beach! for the location if a car is needed... but in general the house is very comfortable and spacious! the lady who takes care of the house is very nice and attentive from the beginning to the end. I would definitely stay here again❤️🏝

Lovely place, if you go with family you are obviously going to have fun, Fernando was always responsive. We arrived with two pets without notifying or registering them in the application, but the corresponding fee was paid with Fernando, Mrs. Maria, at the beginning, it was already running for us for this fact so it fell from our grace. And already being more specific: the entire house needs a good laundry and attention, a good tiger hand, the bathrooms are very dirty with the very stained floors. The bathroom in the room outside was flooded (this for Nov 2023), I wish they fixed it. Pillows are old. The court is already extremely neglected, many holes, humidity, the rackets they give you are almost outdated. The whole house needs a good wash and several arrangements (the pool, yes, very good). And around the house they are all roads and dirt roads, you can't comfortably go out to get to know the area.
