Guadalupe

We've only had 2 problems with stays, and this was one of them... I asked Guadalupe for permission to arrive before check-in (3 pm). She told me that it was not possible because they would have guests and there would barely be enough time for cleaning. I understood. When we were on our way to the property (5 pm), I called him on the phone and Carmen (the cleaning person) answered to send me the location. She was surprised by my call and couldn't believe that we were already on our way. She hadn't been notified that there would be guests, the house wasn't ready, and it hadn't been cleaned! And that's with the fact that we were 2 hours late. If we had arrived at 3 pm, things would have been worse. When I try to talk to him, his daughter answers me, and instead of being apologetic, she was always on the defensive and treated me very badly. I asked for compensation and with great difficulty they were going to deduct $500 pesos for a WHOLE day lost. Which, in the end, didn't happen. I want to clarify: we have a very good rating on Airbnb

The house is amazing. The hosts helped us spend a few very fun days. The people who help in the house are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the invitation to stay.
