Beautiful waterfront condo in Rancho Santana. The views were great and the property had great amenities. Tom was an excellent host. Would go back in a minute.

If you are looking for a remote getaway, great spot. Pool & ocean are right there, great surf and spa at the resort. If you are looking for a getaway with a bit more to do, explore off property, the area is not quite there yet. This has nothing to do with the quality of this property which is why I give it 5 stars. It really is more what are you looking for. Resort was a bit pricey on drinks and food for what it was. We probably could have done a bit better preparing our own meals or shopping off property but were there for a wedding weekend and had some obligations. Tom was great, answered all our questions and photos are accurate.

My family and I enjoyed a great stay at Tom’s condo in Rancho Santana. Rancho is a beautiful destination with awesome beaches, pools, restaurants, and things to do. Tom’s home is central to all of those things. Easy to get around, friendly staff, and never once felt unsafe. AC worked great, beds were comfortable, and balcony overlooking the Pacific was an awesome bonus. Large living room and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals with groceries we picked up en route (and from La Tienda on site). Tom also connected me with a great shuttle company for round trip transport. Fantastic trip, cannot recommend enough.

The guard did not have our paperwork so it took us a little time to get through the front gates (the resort takes security seriously and that is a good thing) but once inside we were thrilled with both Rancho Santana and Tom's place. Super clean, amazing location and the very best views from the master bedroom. Tom was very flexible, super responsive to our needs and he seems like a really good guy. Would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to go back

I had a great stay! The place is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very cozy. The location is ideal and everything was perfectly organized. Tom was very friendly and was always attentive to any questions. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back!

Great work by Tom. He was responsive and resourceful. We even asked if a decorated Christmas tree could be placed in the unit, and he delivered. Great property.

This is the best location in Rancho Santana! The view from the balcony is incredible, right in front of the ocean. We love it, We’ll be back!

Rancho Santana has a lot to offer, its restaurants are top-notch, its pools are spectacular and there are many things to do!

This was our first time staying somewhere other than the inn or at a private home and we loved the location. The condo pool is gorgeous (landscaping reminds me a bit of playa los perros and it’s way less busy than the hotel pool). You are just a few minutes away from the inn and you can order food from the restaurant to be delivered. The home is nicer than appears in the photos and it’s a better value than staying at the inn. There is no ac in the main room but the master bedroom ac was so strong it kept us cool in the tv area. Tom was a responsive host and we would have loved to have been able to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rancho Santana—it's truly a stunning destination. Tom’s apartment is perfectly situated on the second floor with breathtaking views of the beach and unforgettable sunsets. The space had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen, and it was just a short walk to the main on-site restaurant. The resort itself offers two main pools, several great dining options, and a wide range of activities (accessible with the resort fee at check-in). We completely fell in love with Rancho and are already planning to return!

The location was excellent and the condo was comfortable and clean. The 2 pools were a 1 min walk. Onsite restaurants and service was great. We will be back!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Location is perfect and the views are beautiful. We stayed with our 3 kids (17, 13, 10) and it was the perfect amount of space. Highly recommend!

Great location on Rancho. Very spacious. Clean. Kitchen moderately stocked- cooked breakfast there every morning looking at the waves! Loved being near the pool but still being able to see the water. Balcony was great. Would 100% come back!

We enjoyed staying at Toms place, it’s a full 3 bed/ 2 bath condo with ocean and pool view. The primary suite is very spacious with two closet areas a small safe in the closet. The bathroom shower hot water flow was intermittent but adequate. The WiFi was very fast. The kitchen was nice and clean, we made coffee in the morning which we purchased at the nearby store. It’s located in Rancho Santana which is secluded but beautiful place and the condo is walking distance to the main restaurant and the counter serve cafe where we ate our meals. There are also lots of activities that you can sign up for nearby at the front desk. It’s honestly a great space in a wonderful place!

Tom has been amazing host , we will come back to his beautiful home. He’s very friendly and quick to respond very attentive

Tom’s place in Rancho Santana is a dream! Gorgeous ocean views, spacious rooms, and well appointed, within a short walking distance to two pools, beach, and restaurants. Tom arranged transportation for us to/from the LIR airport. Rancho Santana also provided transport all around the resort as we did not have a vehicle. Don’t hesitate to book this place ASAP!

The villa was perfect for our stay. The beach view is amazing. Tom was always responsive and helpful. Enjoyed all the activities at the ranch and would love to stay here again!

The location of this condo within Rancho Santana is amazing. The view from the patio is absolutely gorgeous. We sat outside every morning and every sunset watching the surfers. The resort is outstanding with so much to do. Tom's condo is the centrally located within the resort making it easy to get to the various pools, restaurants and amenities. The condo itself is nothing fancy but has everything you need and is very, very clean and very, very comfortable. The photos are very accurate. It was perfect for our family (three kids ages 8, 10 and 12). Rooms and beds layout worked very well for us. Tom was responsive at all times during booking, leading up to the trip and during the trip. You won't regret a trip to this property!

A wonderful way to experience Rancho Santana feeling like you have a home right on the water with all the benefits of staying at a beautiful hotel but in a three bedrooms + kitchen. Cleaning staff daily (ex Sat/Sun), makes it even more easy for us as a family. Worth doing a full review on the Rancho's facility, options, beaches, fees, restaurants ect. as you'll make use of all these great amenities (for that daily pp fee). Worth it. We had a great 2 weeks over the Christmas /NY holiday and the hotel had tons of amazing activities and events. The place is great, comfortable beds, great kitchen, water delivered daily, cleaning, balcony view, towels, easy walkable distance to pool and hotel lobby where you'll find a cafe, bar, high end restaurant, concierge 24/7. Even with the place fully booked it wasn't to busy as it's boutique. A few grocery stores on site but also 20min walk up beach, not bad but we loaded up in Rivas. We did ok with no car rental, shuttle was great :)

This unit is super close to the clubhouse and to the second pool, right on Playa Santana. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and a jug of drinking water. We were super pleased with everything and the view is perfect. I saw a review about towels and sheets being stiff or something but we didn’t find that issue. Tom was easy to get a hold of and very helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks Tom!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. This is a perfect location and view to enjoy Rancho Santana. Steps to pool, clubhouse with an oceanfront view. Tom was very responsive and was a great host. My family had a blast and will return! RS is a really nice spot to visit. Surfing, fishing, horseback riding, absolutely peaceful and pristine with so much to do. Cheers!

Convenient location by the pool and beach, and it's a quick walk to Rancho Santana's main restaurants and clubhouse. The space was clean and spacious with a kitchen equipped for basic cooking and a shady balcony for lounging. TV was equipped with a couple of streaming services like Netflix. The bedrooms were all appointed with A/C and main area has ceiling fans and stayed cool with breeze from balcony doors. We liked that the Airbnb is on Santana Beach which links to the restaurants and businesses along Popoyo all the way up to Mag Rock. This made it easy for us to walk to Beginner Bay and rent a board there to surf. I also recommend walking to the Happy Coconut for beach-side eating if you want a change from the resort options. It's worth noting that the condo is on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs in case mobility issues are a concern.

Tom as a host was very helpful. The condo was in an excellent location and had great access to pools, beach and a variety places to eat. Beautiful sunsets and places to walk.

Beautiful location, and Toms condo was close to the beach, pool, and main resort area. Everything was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The place is amazing, the house is very well cared for, it has everything you need for your vacation, it is quite quiet and quiet, it has excellent views of the surroundings, it is quite spacious and the pool is super comfortable. It is close to the beaches and the Rancho Santana Main Room. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful house! This house is HUGE! luxury, with great ocean views! great location within Rancho Santana. Tom was very helpful. Any questions I had he answered right away. When we needed the pool pump turned on he sent a guy over right away. Very attentive. Very nice luxury house. Great for a big family

This house is beautiful, it offers sweeping ocean views, especially from the second deck and master bedroom. It's spacious, well equipped, and the pool is great. It's quiet, well-maintained, and the TV is huge. You can't miss with this house, and Playa Santana. Tom is a great host, and he knows to give you privacy, and when to be available - that's much appreciated.
