Guest Access and Resort Fee

Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier residential resort community offering a wide range of amenities such as horseback riding, hiking, a wellness spa, fine dining, mountain biking, tennis, pickleball, grocery shopping, surf lessons, yoga classes, gym facilities, and customized family experiences.

A resort fee of $15 per person per day applies to all guests over the age of eight who wish to use these amenities. This fee is separate from the condo rental fee and is paid directly to Rancho Santana. The fee applies to guests who do not rent through the resort’s official rental management program.

Electricity Usage

To promote responsible electricity consumption, all rentals of four days or longer are subject to an electricity charge based on actual usage. A meter reading is taken at check-in and check-out, and the cost is calculated at the same rate charged by the utility company.

Typical responsible usage costs range from $10 to $15 per night, while excessive use can result in charges between $20 and $50 per day. Despite these additional fees, this condo remains more affordable than comparable properties within Rancho Santana.
