The Space
This beachfront condo in Rancho Santana offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated on the first floor with an unobstructed view. There is nothing between the condo and the beach, placing you just steps away from the surf and the pool.
The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including towels, linens, two televisions, and a patio. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your favorite meals. The condo also features air conditioning and backup electricity.
The front patio opens directly onto the sands of Playa Santana. The bedrooms are furnished as follows:
- One bedroom with a king-sized bed

- One bedroom with two twin beds

If you are looking for a remote getaway, great spot. Pool & ocean are right there, great surf and spa at the resort. If you are looking for a getaway with a bit more to do, explore off property, the area is not quite there yet. This has nothing to do with the quality of this property which is why I give it 5 stars. It really is more what are you looking for. Resort was a bit pricey on drinks and food for what it was. We probably could have done a bit better preparing our own meals or shopping off property but were there for a wedding weekend and had some obligations. Tom was great, answered all our questions and photos are accurate.

Great work by Tom. He was responsive and resourceful. We even asked if a decorated Christmas tree could be placed in the unit, and he delivered. Great property.

The location of this condo within Rancho Santana is amazing. The view from the patio is absolutely gorgeous. We sat outside every morning and every sunset watching the surfers. The resort is outstanding with so much to do. Tom's condo is the centrally located within the resort making it easy to get to the various pools, restaurants and amenities. The condo itself is nothing fancy but has everything you need and is very, very clean and very, very comfortable. The photos are very accurate. It was perfect for our family (three kids ages 8, 10 and 12). Rooms and beds layout worked very well for us. Tom was responsive at all times during booking, leading up to the trip and during the trip. You won't regret a trip to this property!

Very well located place, the beach in front of the condo suitable for children inclusive. Both pools super close by, the service and quality of the Santana ranch staff was truly exceptional.
