The Space

Casa Alegría is a three-story residence featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is situated within a 15-minute walk from Espadilla Norte public beach and 25 minutes from the beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park.

The house offers air conditioning throughout and large balconies on the first two floors. From these balconies, guests can observe local wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, and various birds while enjoying spectacular views of both the ocean and the surrounding jungle.

On the lower level, beneath the spacious balconies, there is a lovely terrace that includes a private pool and jacuzzi for relaxation.

Inside, the villa is equipped with a full kitchen, a generous living and dining area, a separate TV room, and a gas grill. There are also outdoor spaces designed to take advantage of the refreshing sea breeze.

Getting to the Villa

By Air

The recommended arrival airport is Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San José. For domestic connections, you may consider a short 15-minute flight to Quepos Airport (QPX). Please be aware of luggage weight restrictions on domestic flights. Charter flights are also available; contact your Personal Concierge for a quote.

From Quepos Airport, private transportation to the villa can be arranged, which takes approximately 15 minutes.

Private Ground Transportation

Private transport services can be organized upon request. Your driver will meet you at the airport exit and the journey takes about 2.5 hours. The driver can make stops along the way for sightseeing, meals, or shopping as desired.

Renting a Vehicle
