Fabulous house for a relaxing stay. Amazing wildlife right outside the windows, watching sloths, monkeys and birds from the pool was a fave of our group.

Casa Alegría

Thankfully this was an option for us. First the home has a terrific view. Second the pool is amazing. Third we saw monkeys everyday !!! Yes, the walk down to the beach is a hike but essentially it’s private. We saw very few people there. The walk back up is steep but it’s worth it. It took us usually 10 -15 minutes to hike back up. You can also walk to the Terraza restaurant which also has a great view and great food! Our first booking we couldn’t stay at due to severe mold smell. I messaged the host and within minutes he responded and got us checked into his place within the half hour. The cleaning comes daily which was nice and she did our laundry too (a nice bonus) We highly recommend the place it’s truly special and we had a great stay
