4BR Villa

We were a group of 9 staying at the villas for 3 nights and we had an absolute blast. The villa is beautiful, with thoughtful decorations and touches across each room and area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and the whole villa is smart, with digital touches on all amenities. The area is safe, with guards at the gate. The communication was impeccable, with concierges being assigned to our group to help with any needs. There is also a cleaning crew that made our stay even better. Would definitely return. You can’t go wrong here!

Great place for families. Safe community next to a great grocery store. The beach is a quick drive away.

Villa Laguna was as described. Exactly like the photos. Mauricio was very helpful in getting everything set up before and during the trip. The pool water was just the right temp for cooling off and a nice space to spend the days in the sun. Would definitely recommend!

This place is AMAZING. To start, all of the rooms are effectively separate units - which was an enormous advantage, given we were traveling with a small child and other light sleepers. The kitchen and interior are perfect. There were pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. We were able to cook meals for the family without any issues. There were also a few left over spices, which I wouldn’t expect for all stays - but check the drawers when you get there before shopping! For the outside - the pool, backyard, and pond in the back were beautiful. You don’t notice the big mall next door much at all. Feels very secluded for being surrounded by so much. For the surrounding area - it was in a gated community, which was nice, but there was zero concern of safety around the location. Note: the neighborhood a VERY hilly/steep area - walking around isn’t realistic. I would definitely recommend golf carts, as the heart of Tamarindo is about a ~4 minute drive. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

We had the best time during new years in Tamarindo! The home was beautiful and perfect for our group of 6! The concierge was very helpful and accommodating even with last minute excursions and plans

Beautiful place!

Overall amazing house in a secure location. It is a 2 minute walk to an American style grocery store which was very helpful. The pool and house were clean. The host, in particular, was very responsive and always available. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great stay! The house was amazing for a family of 6. Mauricio was amazing, very respectful and responsive. We rented a golf cart which is a must. Very easy to get to the beach daily and to other activities. Overall our best stay at an Airbnb.

We had such a wonderful trip, and the house was a big part of it. It was our first time in Tamarindo. I chose this house off of the reviews, the size we wanted and the price. We loved the location and the privacy. The home is beautiful, in a gated community, and having a golf cart made it so easy to get into town. There is a grocery store right outside of the privacy gate. Mauricio is such a big help with recommendations. We had an emergency situation where my husband needed stitches and he responded right away with where to go and if we needed someone to bring us. He is easy to communicate with and readily available. No complaints here, wonderful trip, beautiful home and Mauricio made everything comfortable and easy.

amazing place, the house is beautiful, very well equipped, good location. the concierge is fantastic, helpful, responsive, gave us many tips and organized all the very good tours. i suggest to book the family cookers, they are amazing preparing very good local food.
