First I’ll say that the home is very beautiful and as described. I love that there are different private sections and the home itself feels very private and peaceful-Great location! We had an incident with the water being shut off which was not the hosts fault. However we had to call the emergency number many times for a response. They did end up bringing water to flush with which was appreciated. The concierge offers services & activities. The only thing we booked through them was to have breakfast made for us in the home one morning, which was booked for the wrong day so we were not able to do it. They ask for a tip in the check out instructions. While I do believe the home is worth the fee charged, unfortunately we did not feel there was a tip deserved as there is no daily housekeeping, and the one activity we booked with the concierge was incorrect. Overall a great stay with a few minor hiccups & things to be aware of. They were kind & helpful before the trip & price is fair

3BR Villa

The Airbnb was 4 separate buildings -(1) dining room and kitchen, (2) primary bedroom, (3) living room, and (4) 2 smaller rooms each with their own entrance and not connected to each other inside. There is a key for each outside door leading to a room. In the center of the property is a fantastic pool and great grill. The home is in a quieter area of town a short walk away from the city center. We were two families with children sharing the home and it worked out wonderfully. There was enough space to all get together but also have privacy when opting for it.
