This home is centrally situated in Heredia, known as the heart of Costa Rica. It is just a 10-minute drive from the convention center, free trade zones, restaurants, and golf courses. The property is located within a secure gated community offering beautiful mountain views. Beaches are accessible within a 1 to 2-hour drive.

Other Important Information

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old.
No visitors, pets, or parties are allowed on the premises.
All guest names and birth years must be provided to the host at least 24 hours before check-in for access approval.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house, garage, patio, and anywhere within the community in accordance with homeowners association bylaws.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Amenities are available from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Violations of these rules may result in fines and cancellation of the reservation.

Here is the shorter version: ⸻ Due to our very positive experiences during the first stay, we have again opted for this beautiful apartment in the very well-kept residential complex – and were not disappointed again. The apartment is tastefully decorated, quietly located and very safe. You feel right at home. There is really nothing missing: The kitchen is excellently equipped and the beds are very comfortable, so you can relax well. It is particularly pleasant that many small things have also been thought of, such as toilet paper, detergent and dishwashing liquid, spices and garbage bags. Thank you, dear Frank, for the quick and helpful support. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very nice and is located in an extremely safe and quiet residential complex. There is really nothing missing in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and everything else you need. The quality of living is excellent in the living and dining area as well as in the upper area with the bedrooms. Everything is very tasteful and comfortably furnished. In particular, the master bedroom is very nicely decorated and has a very good mattress, which ensures a correspondingly high quality of sleep. For us, the apartment was the ideal base to easily reach Alajuela, Heredia, Lindora, Santa Ana and Santa Bárbara. The distance to SJO airport and Tobías Bolaños airport is also ideal. We received a very friendly, helpful and competent answer from Frank to every question within a very short time. Thank you for this wonderful stay

We humbly acknowledge that we broke one of the rules. We checked in two more people than indicated, it was at dawn on the night of 1 of the 3 rented and we did not report it. The next morning we asked to be charged the extra and Frank told us that we had an hour to leave or else he would call the police. The measure was totally disproportionate and inflexible. We got scared and left. And we have not received an answer about the refund for the other two nights. My worst experience.
