We are a family-owned boutique villa located in the heart of Tamarindo, designed to offer you an ideal vacation experience. Nirvana Villas are situated in the center of Tamarindo Beach within a gated community secured 24/7. Positioned on a quiet side street, the villa is conveniently close to essential amenities:
- 1-minute walk to the pharmacy, bank, supermarket, and restaurants
- Approximately 7 minutes on foot to the beach
Villa Layout & Bedroom Details
The villa accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms:
- Master Suite: King bed, safe, walk-in closet, private bathroom
- Mini Master: Queen bed, large closet, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the garden
- Third Bedroom: King bed, spacious closet, large floating window facing a private garden (bathroom located in the hallway)

Guest Access
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 pm
- Check-out time: 10:00 am
A team member will greet you at your scheduled arrival time, escort you to the villa, and provide all necessary information for your stay. If you arrive before 3:00 pm and the villa is not yet ready, luggage storage is available until check-in.
Parking
- One private parking space is included with the villa
- Additional vehicles can be parked on the street near the entrance
- There is also a designated spot for parking and charging a golf cart

We provide full concierge support throughout your stay. Our team can assist with:

- Local transportation and taxi arrangements
- Booking tours, activities, and offering recommendations

Other Things to Note
Cleaning Service
A cleaning team visits the villa each morning to remove trash, tidy rooms and the kitchen if needed, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Additional cleaning or special requests can be arranged upon request, which may incur extra charges.

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights at Nirvana Villas. Everything was as pictured. The location is walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. The hosts helped us with organizing a day trip and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants. We enjoyed the villa and the pool.

We had a fantastic time at Nirvana Villas. The place is even better than in the photos. The designer of the villa thought of every little detail ( huge space,very functional,amazing pool with a large area to sit,covered from rain). The daily cleaning service was a huge bonus also. This is the most professionally managed property we have ever stayed in.

The villa was above and beyond our expectations. Beautifully designed with careful attention to every detail. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Our hosts were friendly and helpful providing great recommendations to beach clubs and restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

Our stay was amazing! The pictures do not do these villas justice. The villa itself was perfect, clean and opened to a beautiful landscaped pool, which was a hit for our family. The villas were close enough to town without all the noise as was described. but the service from the hosts was top notched and made our experience here in Tamrindo even better. Highly recommend this place to any and everyone

The Nirvana Villas were absolutely incredible. The property is impeccable, with easy access to the beach, Tamarindo’s best dining, and great nightlife. I highly recommend staying at Nirvana if you’re making the trip!
