Location Nirvana Villas

We had an outstanding stay at Nirvana Villas. Our group of three friends, all in our mid-30s and well traveled, usually stays at 4–5 star properties, but for our first trip to Costa Rica we wanted something more local, in the heart of Tamarindo, while still feeling elevated. Nirvana was perfect. After full days of diving, surfing, hiking, La Leona, volcano adventures, and nightlife, we genuinely looked forward to relaxing at the villa. Daily housekeeping was a great touch, the coffee was excellent, the kitchen was well equipped, and the host was incredibly responsive—even helping us after hours with a minor TV/breaker issue. We only wish we had booked a catered breakfast or dinner one night. Don’t believe all the “Tamagringo” stuff—Tamarindo was an awesome first Costa Rica experience. If renting a car, use caution entering parking space #4 due to the deeper rut. Otherwise 10/10! IT LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES & We’re already planning our return to explore more of Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Nirvana Villas

What a beautiful home! Every detail was thoughtfully designed and decorated, creating a peaceful oasis right in the heart of town. The private pool was absolutely amazing! We found ourselves spending much more time at the villa than we had planned, simply because we loved the tranquility, beautiful surroundings, and inviting atmosphere. Rosario was wonderful! She shared great local recommendations and even helped us arrange massages right at the villa, which was such a treat. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We would love to come back!
