We loved the place, although the main entrance to the place was closed due to construction and we had to take a slightly longer route. The video they sent us was a bit confusing, but we were comfortable and the service was excellent.

The property is very nice, it is very well cared for, and we really enjoyed the place a lot. In addition, John was always very friendly, attentive and willing to help us throughout the stay. However, the experience with the administrative part was very different. From before our arrival until the time of check-out, there were several changes, communication errors, and situations that made us feel uncomfortable. More than a one-time inconvenience, it was the sum of several things that ended up affecting the experience. Even so, thank you so much for hosting us and allowing us to enjoy this beautiful space.

Great place. All the houses in Ketana are spectacular. Access to the river is a very good plus. It's a beautiful river. The house has many spaces for different entertainment activities Keep in mind the layout because two rooms are interconnected by a staircase, so they are practically shared.

Simply perfect. The pictures don't do the beauty justice. We were well taken care of, and the cleanliness, supplies, and rooms were great. Jeisson and Ali were super attentive. It's a place my family and I want to return to.

We loved the house; we would have loved to stay longer. The service provided by John, who handed us the keys to the house, was exceptional; he was always ready to help. The view is beautiful.

The property is nice and cozy, perfect for our group of 12 people and a dog. We celebrated my mom's birthday in peace and comfort. We had a wonderful weekend (long weekend) with the family!! The house is surrounded by green areas. There are various spaces for recreation and relaxation. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor dining/kitchen area, where we had breakfast and lunch al fresco; the hammock terrace with spectacular views; and the game room, where we played ping pong. Communication with Steffany, Jeisson, and Alí was excellent. They responded clearly, attentively, and quickly to our questions and concerns. And they were flexible with the check-in and check-out times. The access road from Sasaima is quite rocky. The second-floor rooms are accessed via the first-floor rooms, which reduces privacy.

My family and I loved it; everything is exactly as it looks in the photos. The landscapes are beautiful, it is very quiet and the house has many spaces to enjoy. Yeison was very friendly and helped us with everything. The only thing I would improve is to have a little more privacy in the rooms on the second floor, since to enter you have to go through the rooms on the first floor because they are connected and there is no bathroom on the second floor. Everything else is excellent.

The place is very nice and quiet, only if a little more cleaning is needed in the rooms, under the beds for example, cobwebs in the bathrooms, although it is the countryside and it is normal, it would be good if they keep this in mind, but in general we had a great time with my family and we brought our dogs and they enjoyed the space a lot. Thank you

The house is absolutely beautiful, just like in the photos. The environment is pure tranquility and immersion in nature, excellent for a getaway from the hectic Bogotá. It is important to note that the road from the village of Sasaima to the house is dirt and with many stones, which can be a bit more complicated for those who go with low cars made for the city. That was the case with my car, but with calm and patience we were able to get in and out without any problems. I highly recommend that house and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for everything!
