We loved the place, although the main entrance to the place was closed due to construction and we had to take a slightly longer route. The video they sent us was a bit confusing, but we were comfortable and the service was excellent.

The property is very nice, it is very well cared for, and we really enjoyed the place a lot. In addition, John was always very friendly, attentive and willing to help us throughout the stay. However, the experience with the administrative part was very different. From before our arrival until the time of check-out, there were several changes, communication errors, and situations that made us feel uncomfortable. More than a one-time inconvenience, it was the sum of several things that ended up affecting the experience. Even so, thank you so much for hosting us and allowing us to enjoy this beautiful space.
