Two things defined this stay: what wasn't disclosed, and what happened when it rained. At check-in we found active house construction on both neighboring houses - never mentioned before booking. Through the week: an expired mold, smell/humidity, faucets that didn't work, dead electrical outlets. On our last night, heavy rain came straight through the glass roof onto the beds. Water ran through live light fixtures and pooled in more than five spots across the house. With water around electricity, no one could safely sleep in the beds, so my family spent the night on couches. When we raised it that night, the host told us we were "being special." When we asked for a refund, he conditioned it on a 5-star review - in writing - and tried to move us off app. We kept everything on Airbnb. The house photographs beautifully. Until the roof is repaired and the hosting approach changes, think twice before booking with family in rainy season.

The house is nice and matches the listing. The hosts are attentive, but the location is somewhat far from the tourist area. Also, some walls need touch-ups due to moisture.

Our stay at Carlos's place was just as I expected, as well as the description and photos. Everything was great and the service was the best. We really spent a few days relaxing as a family. We hope to return soon. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are super attentive, always looking out for us and our needs. It is a relaxing house in a very quiet area, literally made for unwinding, 15 minutes from the town of Valle. The house is very well designed, and so is the pool; it has a Jacuzzi, a wading pool, and a swimming pool.
