The Space

Location
The villa is just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, where you will find a restaurant and bar. The fishing village of Gigante is next door, and you are only minutes away from Guacalito and exceptional golfing.
Guest Access
You will have access to the kitchen for meal preparation, if you choose. The pool is available for all guests.
Other Things to Note
- Check-out (departure) is at 10 a.m.
- If there are no other guests arriving on the same day, you may stay additional hours at a rate of $15 per hour.
- A fee of $100 will be charged for a lost key.

I didn't like that people arrived and we hadn't even left the house. The power went out and the people who arrived entered at 10 am, but we were told that check-in would be at 2 pm, with check-out at 10 am. I thought the check-in was unfair. The power went out, which should not happen. Everywhere you have to leave the room. In this case, they told us that we could leave. Of course, they were annoyed because we were evicted, since the people who arrived were already using the house, before we had left.

Excellent accommodation with a sensational view. Without a doubt Jeannie is an excellent host. The jewel we always enjoy it in the best way with excellent position to enjoy nature. No doubt we will stay again.

Each time we visit it just gets better! Although we download our music playlist, with the new Wifi we have so much access from the entire home to listen to music and stream online. Exceptional service!

In love with this home! I can never get enough, the beach is of walking distance and the sunset views are jaw dropping. Highly recommend this vacation home.

We absolutely loved the whole experience! This was by far the best hidden gem I’ve seen in Nicaragua with so much luxury. Along with having a beachfront view and with a pool it’s just 10/10! Jeannie was extremely helpful and responded to all of my doubts, the house had everything you needed and it’s perfect for a couples weekend getaway. 🇳🇮🌴

The view is wonderful, the house is spacious, well distributed and very nice, bring your Bluetooth connection, the furniture is beautiful, the tranquility unimaginable, I would stay again many times.
