We're sorry that you did not understand  that check in means arrival and check out means departure. On the airbnb website it is stated that departure (check-out) is before 10 am.<br/>We suggest to always reserve at least 2 nights to not be rushed.<br/>The other guests were told to leave until the afternoon. They did not do as we said. They did not have permission to arrive that early. Maybe we should have called the police to remove them. They were not good guests. <br/>You are Nicaragüense.  So you are familiar with electrical outages. It was out for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Thankfully so you could stay cool in the pool. We have no control over the electrical company.<br/>Thank you for staying the one night.
