Perhaps one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Absolutely amazing views of Isla Tortuga and the ocean, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and surrounding facilities are super nice. In general the environment is beautiful - there’s a high chance of seeing animals around. Yann and his wife are excellent and friendly hosts, offering plenty of recommendations and also helping us park our car several times after the uphill. The food is also delicious - we enjoyed all our meals. Thank you for the tiramisu recipe!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation; it exceeded our expectations in every respect. We received a kind and helpful welcome upon arrival, and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly throughout. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities available. It was especially nice that the surroundings were calm and orderly, so we could spend truly relaxing days here. The location of the accommodation is also excellent; it is easily accessible, but at the same time, it is in a quiet and pleasant environment. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It is evident that the owners and staff take great care to ensure that guests feel comfortable. We would like to especially highlight the hospitality and flexibility, as they responded quickly and willingly to all our questions. Nicest place I stayed during my trip and that was both down to the amazing property, even more beautiful than the photos, and meeting Yann and Natalie. Such a chilled vibe and the most relaxed I have been for a long time. Soul ceremony was uplifting, massage was the best I have had and the food was top draw. I would go back in a heartbeat A***

Our stay at the lodge was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable views and the pristine, comfortable accommodations. The lodge was sparkling clean and served as the perfect home base for a relaxing getaway. We spent a huge portion of our time by the amazing pool, which was easily a highlight of the property. However, the true standout was the food. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent across the board, but the ribeye and white marlin deserve a special mention—they were genuinely the best we have ever had! Beyond the amenities, Yann and Nathaly were the definition of hospitality. They are incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and both went out of their way to make us feel welcome. If you are looking for a place with great vibes, world-class food, and a stunning atmosphere, this is it.

Yann and Nathaly are incredible hosts, create a very peaceful relaxing environment with delicious food! The view is priceless, although a challenge to navigate the steep incline. We were blessed with plenty of nature, tropical birds, and if you need to rejuvenate with a massage, this is the place to be! An island tour including a luminescent kayak excursion just added to our new experiences. His connections to transportation, and tours, makes this the best stress free 10 day vacation ever!!

Our stay with Yann was truly unforgettable. It was our first time in CR, and we can confidently say it was the best vacation we’ve ever had, largely thanks to Yann and his incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed, from being flexible with our schedules to offering aloe vera for sunburns. He went above and beyond with local recommendations and organizing tours, which allowed us to experience the best of the Nicoya Peninsula: a waterfall in Montezuma, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling at Isla Tortuga, and night kayaking with bioluminescence. Paquera is stunning, but Yann and his team truly made the trip special. He is kind, thoughtful, and a joy to talk with, and we’re already dreaming of returning. The villa view was breathtaking, with parrots, monkeys, lizards, and coatis visible right from our private deck. Breakfasts were included, always fresh, and dinners were locally sourced and well worth it. We can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed the six days at Yann's. The property is on a hill with a fantastic view of the bay, the beaches and the island of Tortuga. Yann has created a small paradise here and takes great care of the guests. Breakfast in the morning is lovingly prepared. If you want to eat there in the evening, there are various fresh fish and a lot more. The kitchen is delicious. We can also recommend a trip with a private boat and a skipper for snorkeling and to the beautiful beaches. We would come back when we are back in Costa Rica.

This was a truly special stay with breathtaking views - a real paradise, especially at sunrise and sunset. The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent - exceptional breakfasts, and we highly recommend the delicious fish and shrimp for dinner. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt very well taken care of. We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere most of the time. It is worth noting that there are two houses on the property and the pool is shared. Toward the end of our stay, a family with children arrived, which brought more noise and less pool availability, so guests looking for complete quiet should keep this in mind. The area is hilly, and access to one of the houses involves stairs, though our house was lower and not an issue for us. Overall, this place was a true paradise and one we would happily return to.
