Merci pour votre retour et pour avoir apprécié la vue, la piscine et nos petits-déjeuners. Nous sommes cependant surpris par certains points, car vous nous avez confirmé à plusieurs reprises que tout se passait bien, sans jamais signaler de problème. Votre arrivée a été compliquée uniquement parce que les instructions détaillées et claires n’ont pas été suivies, malgré notre assistance. Notre propriété est située en pleine nature, ce qui implique une présence d’insectes malgré un entretien impeccable, comme le confirment nos nombreux avis et notre statut de Superhost. Les escaliers, l’allée pentue et certaines zones moins éclairées pour préserver la faune sont clairement indiqués dans l’annonce. Enfin, les logements ne se verrouillent pas car la sécurité n’a jamais posé problème : nous vivons sur place, avec gardien et caméras. Nous pensons simplement que notre lieu immersif en pleine nature n’a pas correspondu à vos attentes.
