First I’ll say that the home is very beautiful and as described. I love that there are different private sections and the home itself feels very private and peaceful-Great location! We had an incident with the water being shut off which was not the hosts fault. However we had to call the emergency number many times for a response. They did end up bringing water to flush with which was appreciated. The concierge offers services & activities. The only thing we booked through them was to have breakfast made for us in the home one morning, which was booked for the wrong day so we were not able to do it. They ask for a tip in the check out instructions. While I do believe the home is worth the fee charged, unfortunately we did not feel there was a tip deserved as there is no daily housekeeping, and the one activity we booked with the concierge was incorrect. Overall a great stay with a few minor hiccups & things to be aware of. They were kind & helpful before the trip & price is fair

The Airbnb was 4 separate buildings -(1) dining room and kitchen, (2) primary bedroom, (3) living room, and (4) 2 smaller rooms each with their own entrance and not connected to each other inside. There is a key for each outside door leading to a room. In the center of the property is a fantastic pool and great grill. The home is in a quieter area of town a short walk away from the city center. We were two families with children sharing the home and it worked out wonderfully. There was enough space to all get together but also have privacy when opting for it.

We had a great time at this house. It's looks just like the listing photos. They provide cleaning services throughout your stay and the concierge is very responsive. The location is not exactly where the location on Airbnb says it is. It's a bit further up the hill and away from town. Though this seems like a common thing that happens in Tamarindo .

We had a great family trip to Tamarindo and the Villa Aquarenas was a perfect spot for our family. The location was great and it offered privacy and space for our entire family to enjoy. The house was clean and offered everything we needed including a full kitchen, spacious living room and 3 separate bedroom area's. The deck and pool area was clean and a great place to relax. We worked with Mauricio who was really helpful in providing suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Mauricio made us feel comfortable by providing guidance and support that made our family trip successful and one that we'll always remember. Thank you Luxury Villa's and thank you Mauricio and crew!

Absolutely beautiful house with a really cool layout and an awesome pool. Our host was terrific at setting us up with an option of great activities. The location is close enough to walk to all the fun in Tamarindo but private at night! 5 star stay

Our kids enjoyed it because it was a pool center of property. Property was clean and spacious. Understand it is local, but there were ants all over the place. Ants where we had to ensure the kids didn’t accidentally step since the ants were running through key areas of the property. Some of the rooms did have a funny smell, but not sure if it was humidity or cleaning products. What impressed me was the concierge. They helped schedule activities and excursions. Gave good recommendations and answered questions pretty quickly. Close by to major things to easily walk to as adults or potential older kids. With younger kids, may be worth a golf cart since there is a steep hill and especially after a long day at the beach.

Our stay was amazing, the location is great. You are away from the noise of the busy nightlife but close enough that walking to some great spots is easy. The villa is beautifully done and immediately puts you in vacation mode. Mauricio was friendly, kind and helpful with all our recommendations. Highly recommend if you are going to Tamarindo.

Great stay and would definitely stay again! The house is perfect for a great vacation as the rooms are extremely comfortable and the pool size is just right. The host is very helpful and responsive and the place looks brand new everywhere. Walking distance from everything you should see at Tamarindo!
