At the end of a street, with a view of trees, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, but wonderfully quiet. Very nice staff. Beautifully decorated, 3 toilets, the pool is very long and therefore large, wonderful to enjoy.

Amazing flat, very well located and exactly as described and shown in the advertised pictures! Very responsive owner and special shout to Renzo (property manager) that kept the communication very friendly and super responsive to our multiple requests. Will certainly come back in the future. 10 out of 10!!

Great accommodation in a very good location at the beginning of 5th Avenue. Very large and very pleasant swimming pool, since we couldn't swim in the sea because of the sargassum. Everything was great except for the air conditioning in the living room. They offered to come and fix it, but it was my last day, so I refused. I preferred to enjoy this day to the fullest. Go for it—it's great!

We had a wonderful stay here! Rodrigo and his team were incredibly communicative from the moment we booked until check-out. They were always quick to respond, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. The place was exactly as described. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book with Rodrigo again on a future visit!

Upon arriving in the area, which was unfamiliar to us, Google Maps directed us to the wrong location. When I called the host for assistance, he seemed irritated by the situation. Afterward, his messages indicated that he wanted us to figure soon because it was already midnight where he was and he did not want to be disturbed. While I understand the time difference, assisting guests when unexpected issues arise is part of hosting. We simply followed the directions provided by Google Maps and were seeking guidance. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. However, the linens appeared worn, and several pillowcases had visible tears. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner provided were of very poor quality, which was disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected. Overall, the property had many positive qualities, but the guest support experience and attention to certain details could be improved.

This spot was so magical. The room was exactly as pictured and the jacuzzi on the balcony was awesome - vey private and cozy. Plenty of walkable options for food. Easy access and a 5 minute walk to the beach with a convenience store, and pharmacy around the corner for any impromptu needs. The rooftop pool with ocean views was the absolute best. (The bartenders were lovely as well) I would absolutely stay here again ❤️ One note about the AC: it was a bit tricky to get going so make sure you get help early so it doesn’t get progressively hotter. Staff was quick to respond and help. Once we figured out how to run the AC we kept the bedrooms closed and the temp was perfect the rest of the stay.

Mom had a stroke a couple years ago and this was her first outing and we had a great time with my brothers and family. Lots of laughs and plenty of food and drinks. Side note was able to rent a mobility scooter for mom as well. Not sure if allowed to mention the name but if you look it up it starts with a Y
