Rodrigo‘s place is exactly as described. If you see any old comments about water quality, put those aside. The entire place is quite fine, as is the water service. The condominium sits absolutely on top of our favorite places for dinner and cocktails in Playa Del Carmen . There is a small cenote outside the front door, in case you’ve never seen one. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors are a bonus. It wasn’t monkeys we were seeing in the trees, but it was something like that. The beach is right there. Not right at the front door, but it’s extremely close. Super easy access. We needed a guide with a van for six passengers to go to Akumal, which is terrific. The staff at the desk got us a super driver by the name of Pepe. If you need to take a road trip, ask for Pepe. We have always stayed on Calle 38 in Playa Del Carmen. We now have a new favorite place.

Our family of 6 (adults and kids) really enjoyed our time here. We loved the rooftop area, and the pool is much bigger in person! It was incredibly quiet, and we loved playing board games in the outdoor space. The condo is so close to restaurants and shopping, that we were able to walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor is very chic, and welcoming at the same time. The hotel bar/pool area is a big bonus! The water jug for drinking was very much appreciated. We had everything that we needed and then some! The only thing I would suggest, is possibly more bath towels. There were only six towels, and with four girls, we didn’t have enough. That being said, the property manager was more than willing to drop off more towels, and was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again! The hosts were happy to answer any questions!
