Cada habitación principal está diseñada para brindar privacidad y comodidad, con baño privado en suite y clósets extragrandes. La villa ofrece un entorno tranquilo en la selva, sin dejar de estar cerca de los restaurantes y las zonas de surf de Santa Teresa.

Acceso de los huéspedes
El área exterior de estar se complementa con un hermoso salón en la planta alta. Junto con la parrilla de gas, este espacio es ideal para recibir invitados o disfrutar de tranquilos atardeceres sobre Santa Teresa.

- Solo huéspedes registrados: Para comodidad y seguridad de todos en la comunidad cerrada, únicamente los huéspedes incluidos en la reservación pueden acceder a la propiedad.
- Vida silvestre: La villa está rodeada por el entorno natural de la selva costarricense. Es posible que encuentres monos, aves coloridas, mariposas, geckos, iguanas e insectos ocasionales. Se mantiene un control profesional de plagas, pero la vida silvestre y los insectos son parte natural del entorno tropical.
- Comunidad cerrada: Swar Villa se encuentra dentro de una comunidad cerrada y segura, lo que brinda privacidad y tranquilidad durante tu estadía.
- Cómo llegar: Las carreteras alrededor de Santa Teresa pueden ser accidentadas. Se recomienda ampliamente un vehículo 4x4, un vehículo utilitario deportivo, un vehículo todoterreno u otro vehículo con suficiente altura libre al suelo. Los vehículos de perfil bajo no son adecuados.
- Disponibilidad de la bañera: Debido a la escasez de agua que continúa en la región de Puntarenas, la bañera que aparece en algunas fotos no está disponible temporalmente. Gracias por ayudar a conservar este recurso tan importante.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was comfortable, peaceful and a perfect home base for our time in Santa Teresa. We loved the pool, the beautiful surroundings and having plenty of space to relax after days at the beach and surfing. The host was responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated having the second bedroom opened up for us—it made the house even more comfortable. We truly felt at home here and would happily stay again. The hosts were super responsive and extremely helpful at all times. I was there to surf and appreciated the recommendation to surf with the Tico Brothers - really enjoyed surfing with. them. Thank you for a lovely stay in Costa Rica! ❤️

The villa is very nice, modern and clean. I really liked that almost all the walls are windows that can be opened, so the air circulation and lighting are very good. The upstairs terrace. I looooooove it! A highlight of the Villa. The pool looks bigger in the photos, but for 4 guests it's perfect. Access is indeed complicated. We didn't go in a 4x4 and we managed to get up, but the car did skid a bit. It's a great plus that the villa has yoga mats.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SWAR Villa! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was incredibly clear right from the time of booking, and Will gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. The area feels very safe and secure, making it ideal for a peaceful family vacation. The villa itself is amazing, the views of the sunset from the balcony are truly exceptional, and the kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. As a quick practical tip for future guests: the road leading up the hill to the villa is not in very good condition, so a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. Our vehicle didn't have 4x4, and with a bit of rain, the climb can get tricky. However, this was just a minor detail in what was otherwise a beautiful and memorable stay. Thank you again to Will for everything. We highly recommend this villa without hesitation!

Will was our concierge, he was awesome. very quick response to questions etc. Loved the place, the views, all the amenities we wanted. Will hooked us up with a side by side and it was there when we arrived. Highly recommend doing an atv or side by side to get up and down the hill. Summary: coming back!!

Lorie and Will were fantastic hosts. The place was immaculate, and their attentiveness and responsiveness truly exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend this spot and will aim to return sometime soon!

This stay was one of the best in all of my travels. The host and property manager were fantastic and responsive. They helped to arrange airport transportation and ATV rental dropped off right at the property. If you do stay at the property I highly recommend you arrange the ATV service with them, as it is very useful to navigate up the hill that the property is on as well as getting around town and exploring. The whole experience of booking and staying at this property was fantastic, highly recommended.

The place is as shown in the photos, quite comfortable, clean, organized, pool in very good condition, however we had some complications. The road is in poor condition, you need a 4WD to be able to go up, which is not indicated in the reservation. When we arrived, we had no water because the filters were dirty. The refrigerator did not work, we almost lost food, they had to replace it, and the internet was also cut off for a few hours the following days. Also on the last day we ran out of gas so we couldn't use the kitchen. There were several necessary things that affected the stay, and communication is crossed with several people.

The place is as shown in the photos, quiet but close enough to everything you might need, the slope to the house can be done in any vehicle, but in the rainy season it could be a little slippery since there is a part of the road that was not paved (especially if it is an SUV and at full capacity). I recommend the place, quick and very friendly service
