I am sorry to hear your stay was not perfect. The road had some damage from recent rains, and is in the process of being evaluated for repair. The entire mountain joins in for the repairs, and we are all good about completing what needs to be done. Unfortunately the internet went out. I wished you had told me. We have a second internet provider for the property for that very reason. If electricity goes off due to rains, I have no control over that. That is part of jungle life. The refrigerator had zero complaints from the group before you, so I am sorry it broke when you were there. Also, gas can be replaced in less than an hour if you tell us, we have spares on site to prevent this. You are the first to ever give a low rating, so we will take all of this and use it for training.
