The place needs a little more TLC. Some walls need paint, showers were clogged. TV mount sitting sideways. Windows were stained. However, Diego was an excellent responder and took action to what I needed. Only thing ya need to do is upgraded what’s needed cause the stay was not worth the price. Not leaving a 1 star cause I respect all businesses just some fixes and the place would be good to go. Location is okay, you will need to rent a car or you will pay a lot in taxi which will add up

Undoubtedly Diego's Villa is very nice and quiet, for now the only details would be that the street is not paved, not even "smooth" so it is quite an adventure to get in and out of the area. If it had A/C in the living room it would be the "cherry on top" and maybe a little bit of maintenance to the small details that the place has started to present. Other than that, if you are looking for a nice and private place to spend your stay in Tulum, Diego's Villa is ideal.
