My family and I stayed here for a little over a week, and it exceeded every expectation we had. The second we walked into the penthouse, I knew we picked the right place. The views are incredible, and the outdoor setup is absolute perfection. Lucio was beyond kind and set a whole new standard for Airbnb hosts. He helped us buy fresh fish straight from a local contact and even gave us rides around since we didn't rent a car. He really went out of his way to make our stay special, and he is easily the most gracious host I've ever met.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lucio's place. The place was spotless, very clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is exactly as advertised, or even better in real life! The location is ideal, and the sea view is simply extraordinary. It was a real joy to be able to enjoy it every day. Communication with Lucio was exceptional from start to finish. He was attentive, available, and truly a great host. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Lucio was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Additionally the view is nothing short of spectacular. If this place is available for the dates you desire, look no more ! BOOK HERE!! The Airbnb was clean and well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could need. The air conditioning worked very well throughout the entire place. Lucio was extremely responsive and helpful.

Lucio was an exceptional host: always available to respond quickly to our questions and super attentive throughout the stay. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the pictures, and perfectly located, very close to Tamarindo. We had an amazing 35 days here and are really happy with our experience. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation!

I have to say that hands-down, this was the best vacation my family and I have experienced. Lucio and his staff were extremely responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay particularly comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and our questions answered promptly with everything needed for our stay provided. Beautiful view. Will see monkeys, humming birds and parakeets. Nice apartment. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Surfing 🏄♂️ is great fun 🤩.
