Lucio was a wonderful host! We enjoyed our week long stay a great deal. + Patio - wonderful for sunset views and meals/coffee! Fully stocked - kitchen, bathroom, beach gear (chairs & towels), washer & dryer. Lucio - very responsive, flexible, and had many recommendations on food and activities. Beware The condo is on a steep, rough dirt road on top of a hill and is about 1k from the beach. There are other hotel properties between the condo and the beach and gates were often locked so you could not cut through. There are also many stairs and ramps to get to the condo itself once on property. Note the master bath also has natural air vents so tends to be a bit warm! Overall we'd recommend and really enjoyed the sunset and patio views. The hummingbirds and other wildlife (birds, monkeys) were fun to listen and watch too! Pura vida!

I wouldn’t hesitate to boom with Lucio you cannot find a better view with such a short walk to the beach anywhere else. Such a good person and great host would definitely book again!
