The place itself was excellent and as advertised. It had everything we needed. We had no issues with the place. The location was amazing. Very close to unlimited restaurants and shops and a grocery store. Located right at the mall and harbour, it was great. Unfortunately there was demolition and construction directly under us that worked from 9pm until midnight every night we were there. Drilling and hammering. It was incredibly disruptive, especially since we are active morning, daytime and evenings and try to sleep at night. The property manager José was very helpful m, responsive and polite. Unfortunately he was limited and could do nothing about it, nor could offer any solutions or discount. Lisa the owner never did reply still 6 days later. Due to Lisa’s unresponsive was I had to take my claim to AirBnB support. They were very helpful and responsive and did provide a partial refund. Our only complaint was the mall demotion and the owners inability to address the issue.

Overall was a good stay. Would have been great had there been any view of the ocean or marina from the condo itself. For the price and the fact that I was in the marina of Cabo I would have expected some kind of view of the ocean. In the Airbnb add the picture of the marina is from the complex bridge not the actual condo. Other than that there is a mall, grocery store and even casino on the premise and is a great central location. Staff is great too.

Staying at Lisa's place was great. Centrally located at the Marina area made it easy to move around for day and night time activities. The complex it's self is quite, and has security as you enter. Although no contact was made with Lisa, her assistant Jose made himself very available, and had great suggestions during our stay. Will absolutely return, if available during my next visit of course.

Lisa's place Is in a prime location in the center of everything But yet still a place where it is quiet. home is perfect everything you need an more with the hot tub witch the kids liked relaxing in after a day of walking around enjoying the beach. Communication between the host lacked a bit.

I can't even describe how good this place was. Clean, spacious, private rooftop, walking distance to EVERYWHERE. the communication was easy and response time was fast. Definitely will be back here. Thank you so much

This is a great place you can’t beat the location. Five minute walk to everywhere you want to be in downtown Cabo. Clean and look just like the pictures.
