The place itself was excellent and as advertised. It had everything we needed. We had no issues with the place. The location was amazing. Very close to unlimited restaurants and shops and a grocery store. Located right at the mall and harbour, it was great. Unfortunately there was demolition and construction directly under us that worked from 9pm until midnight every night we were there. Drilling and hammering. It was incredibly disruptive, especially since we are active morning, daytime and evenings and try to sleep at night. The property manager José was very helpful m, responsive and polite. Unfortunately he was limited and could do nothing about it, nor could offer any solutions or discount. Lisa the owner never did reply still 6 days later. Due to Lisa’s unresponsive was I had to take my claim to AirBnB support. They were very helpful and responsive and did provide a partial refund. Our only complaint was the mall demotion and the owners inability to address the issue.
