-For those traveling with kids, the upstairs which is where all 3 rooms are you will need to open the sliding door downstairs and another once you reach the upstairs and the doors are HEAVY. -The curtains in the master don’t cover the entire window(s) so no full privacy and sun gets thru. No blinds at all downstairs. -Must remove shoes and use slippers when inside as “the floors get dirty quickly”. -Also, yes there is cameras but in the brochure sent after booking, it says they check periodically to make sure no unauthorized persons are coming in. You are monitored! Not brand new villa as ad description However, Sonny was very responsive and helpful whenever I contacted him. He let us check in early for a fee. Inside everything is beautiful, nicely arranged and those resin tables are BEAUTIFUL The one thing I was disappointed about was that the listing says free washer/dryer in unit but once you book it, on his brochure he actually charges $15 in order for you to access the laundry

Beautiful house, very pleasant and perfectly suited for small children. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while being close to Tulum's main shopping street, which is very convenient for enjoying restaurants and shops. A big thank you to Sonny for his availability and very good communication throughout the stay ☀️ We highly recommend this property!

Staying at Sonny's place was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Not only was his home beautiful, squeaky clean and a perfect location there was also security and it felt so safe which was extremely important because I was a single woman with my 4 kids. Best of all though was Sonny! He helped me in so many ways throughout our stay in Mexico. Even before our trip started he helped us plan fun experiences and transportation. He also gave us amazing suggestions to the best local spots in Tulum. One our second day in Tulum we found ourselves stranded and he immediately sent us transportation. He went above and beyond what any Airbnb host has ever done for me and my family because he has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about the people that stay in his beautiful home and wants everyone to have the best experience possible. I give him a 20/10 and will absolutely book another stay with him in the future.

Sonny was honestly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. From the moment we booked, he was proactive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His guide was incredibly helpful and covered everything about the property and the area, making our trip so much easier. What really stood out was how well connected he was. He helped arrange transportation, connected us with a private chef, and always had great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and anything else we needed. Anytime we had a question, he responded quickly, and if he didn’t have the answer himself, he always knew someone who did. His communication, hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond made our entire trip stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Sonny again and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I took my family to Sonny's place, my kids first time out the country and this place was everything we needed.... It looks just like the pictures.. Sonny helped me everyday plan the best birthday trip. He helped with the rental car, the band, private chef and private mobile massage..... This was the best birthday ever.... Thanks Sonny..... love the vibe of the home... The garden and pool are the cherry on top!!!
