POOR SERVICE FROM THE HOST. SHE FORGOT TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION WITH THE OWNER AND OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE ONE HOUR LATER. I INDICATED CANCELLATION AT THE TIME IT WAS REQUESTED THAT IT BE OPENED FOR US HE DIDN'T ANSWER MESSAGES. WE WERE CALLING HIM. THE PHONE NUMBER FROM THE APP WASN'T HIS. REALLY POOR SERVICE. NEITHER THE HOST NOR AIRBNB PROVIDED US WITH AN ALTERNATIVE OR COMPENSATION APPROPRIATE TO THE SIZE OF THE PROBLEM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AIRBNB, THE HOST AND THE OWNER. I REALLY DON'T TRUST AIRBNB ANYMORE. I WILL COMPLAIN TO PROFECO.

The house is amazing!!!!! Whether you go with children or just adults, it has all the amenities. It has a barbecue area if you like to make roast meat and have something delicious in that area, and the pool and jacuzzi area is spectacular. The extra cost for heating the pool water is definitely 200% worth it. We travel with children and the warm pool allowed us to enjoy the tooooodo water on the day. The bedrooms and living and dining areas are very well equipped and have all the amenities. Cooking and cleaning help is also offered (Mrs. Lilia is an amazing cook and helps you in any way you can imagine, as does Mr. Javier in the outside areas). They are always attentive to how to help and make your stay amazing. Communication with everyone is unbeatable. Definitely a place to come back to

The house is very nice, much wider than what you see in photos, it has everything you need to spend it very convenient, very good attention at all times and good communication with Eduardo. Thank you for everything.

Eduardo's house is beautiful, it is very well located, clean and we spent a few spectacular days. The service from Lilia, the cook, and Javier, the caretaker, was wonderful. It's a great place to relax and spend a few very pleasant days. It's also a great place to bring your pet.
