Apartment in an apartment building. The pool is shared with other guests. Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for reaching everything in San Juan del Sur on foot. Safe and quiet surroundings.

Great Place to stay for everything San Juan. Awesome view from the balcony. Park in front of balcony can get a little noisy in the evening. 1 block walk to the main drag. Also very easy to drive out of town and head to maderas or hermosa. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location within walking distance to the beach, many amazing restaurants, shops and bars. The host was great with communication and helped us arrange transportation. I would happily stay here again!

The apartment is in town, two blocks from the town beach with restaurants and bars. It is safe, clean and comfortable. From the balcony we had a great sunset view. We will definitely come back. Thank you!
