Apartment in an apartment building. The pool is shared with other guests. Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for reaching everything in San Juan del Sur on foot. Safe and quiet surroundings.

Great Place to stay for everything San Juan. Awesome view from the balcony. Park in front of balcony can get a little noisy in the evening. 1 block walk to the main drag. Also very easy to drive out of town and head to maderas or hermosa. Overall we had a great stay.
