The accommodation matches the listing. It is spacious and has an excellent view. However, based on my experience, the commitment agreement that is signed is not respected by the neighbors. There was music all night at a volume that exceeded the permitted decibels. Some maintenance is needed, as well as fumigation of the facilities. The bathroom and kitchen service have aspects that could be improved.

Maria’s place is the perfect place for a family vacation. The service was great and very attentive. The view is beautiful and the outdoor seating is perfect for larger groups.

The experience was excellent... the accommodation's facilities and the availability of air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room make the stay very pleasant. The pool was in good condition, the complex was excellent, and the view was spectacular. The lady's daily charge seems excessive, but it's worth it. For the time you spend at the accommodation, perhaps the first and last days could be reduced. Likewise, Mrs. Johanna took care of us very well. To improve: - Small, minor maintenance things - The power of the air conditioner in the living room could be improved

Thank you very much for the great service. María was very attentive and always available for whatever we needed. The only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, as they were not clean when we arrived. Everything else was perfect! We'll definitely be back.
