The accommodation matches the listing. It is spacious and has an excellent view. However, based on my experience, the commitment agreement that is signed is not respected by the neighbors. There was music all night at a volume that exceeded the permitted decibels. Some maintenance is needed, as well as fumigation of the facilities. The bathroom and kitchen service have aspects that could be improved.

The house is very nice, a very good place to stay. The cleaning lady is always very attentive to whatever is needed.
