Stayed for 2 night on New Year’s Eve with a family group of 9. The place is nice, needs LOTS of maintenance, including Kitchen, bathrooms and rooms in general. We showed up on the 31st and upon check in discovered a very messy dirty house! No WiFi no TV, no spoons a few cockroaches in kitchen drawers…we immediately contacted Nelly and the following day (1st) they did send Susy to clean and she did do an amazing job, although the WiFi issues as well as TV never worked. Even though the TV screen said that it was due to lack of payment they told us it was due to a the fact it’s a rural area which was not true the neighbors did have internet… In general it was a nice experience and the place is nice but the reality it was very expensive for what it offered!! If the property were to be in good shape it would have been worth the money! We asked for 1 night refund which was denied. Later Airbnb support offered a 20% refund which to be honest wasn’t enough! Bitter feeling in the end!

Si lo escribo en español no me sale bien. The stay was great. At first I was skeptical that we couldn’t lock the front door however, nothing went missing and was safe. The scenery was amazing. Unfortunately, during one day there was an event close by but the host did her best to attempt to accommodate for our stay as they were unaware until a week before. Although there was an event the stay was great. The pool, the views, and the privacy was great. In one occasion the owners of the plan went inside the home to get into the gate where their plan is parked however, they asked if it was a good time for them to pass by. They mentioned to us that they were going to heat up the pool for us however, it never got heated. It was mentioned to me the first night they were attempting to repair and start up water heater. Support was available throughout our stay. Big Shoutout to Bambino for all he did and his amazing support. If necessary will return if no space in our family home in San Marcos

Everything is excellent with the place... the pool, the green areas, the activities you can do, are from those places to return

the photos do not do justice to the place so beautiful, so well preserved and cared for the vegetation inside the property, Niño the super attentive and helpful caregiver helped us a lot in our stay, we will definitely return
