Stayed for 2 night on New Year’s Eve with a family group of 9. The place is nice, needs LOTS of maintenance, including Kitchen, bathrooms and rooms in general. We showed up on the 31st and upon check in discovered a very messy dirty house! No WiFi no TV, no spoons a few cockroaches in kitchen drawers…we immediately contacted Nelly and the following day (1st) they did send Susy to clean and she did do an amazing job, although the WiFi issues as well as TV never worked. Even though the TV screen said that it was due to lack of payment they told us it was due to a the fact it’s a rural area which was not true the neighbors did have internet… In general it was a nice experience and the place is nice but the reality it was very expensive for what it offered!! If the property were to be in good shape it would have been worth the money! We asked for 1 night refund which was denied. Later Airbnb support offered a 20% refund which to be honest wasn’t enough! Bitter feeling in the end!
