Descripción General
El estilo y la comodidad se reflejan en cada detalle de nuestra nueva casa de lujo con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Nuestra ubicación frente al agua ofrece vistas impresionantes de los volcanes Concepción y Maderas. Estamos ubicados dentro del Parque Nacional Maderas, rodeados de áreas verdes que realzan la belleza natural. Ofrecemos comodidades modernas, internet de alta velocidad gratuito (no garantizamos servicio ininterrumpido), televisión, agua caliente, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo.
Entorno y Naturaleza
Nuestra propiedad es un verdadero paraíso. Está situada frente al agua con vistas a los volcanes Concepción y Maderas. Casa Del Lago se encuentra en una costa natural y virgen, con una orilla rocosa donde florecen la flora y fauna. Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y un espacio lujoso al que regresar después de explorar todo lo que la Isla de Ometepe tiene para ofrecer.
Es un sueño para los amantes de las aves, ya que muchas especies visitan los majestuosos árboles de Ceiba en nuestra propiedad. Ometepe alberga una de las poblaciones más grandes del loro de nuca amarilla, una especie en peligro de extinción que visita nuestros árboles casi a diario en las primeras horas de la tarde, ofreciendo un espectáculo único. También se pueden observar monos aulladores en el dosel alto durante las mañanas y las tardes. Son animales hermosos que permanecen en las alturas, ideales para fotografiar en su hábitat natural.
Diseño y Espacios
Nuestra casa de concepto abierto fue diseñada con techos altos (3 metros), muchas ventanas y un amplio solárium con vistas impresionantes al Lago Cocibolca y al volcán Concepción. Como un plus, desde el frente de la casa también se puede ver el volcán Maderas.
El porche delantero cuenta con dos postes de árbol Madero Negro y un espacio acogedor para una hamaca. La sala tiene dos sofás grandes y muy cómodos, una mesa de centro de madera local y un televisor de pantalla plana.
Dormitorios y Baños
- Dormitorio principal: amplio, con cama king size, armarios ventilados de madera local, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado silencioso, ventanas seguras con mosquiteros, perchas, estantes y espejo grande.
- Baño principal: espacioso, con azulejos elegantes, ducha con regadera tipo lluvia, inodoro moderno con doble descarga y lavabo amplio con espejo grande e iluminación.
- Segundo dormitorio: ventanas grandes con mosquiteros, litera artesanal de madera local, dos camas individuales, espejo grande y armario ventilado con estantes, perchas y cajones.
- Baño secundario: decorado con azulejos, inodoro moderno con doble descarga, lavabo de buen tamaño, excelente iluminación y ducha espaciosa.
Servicios y Sostenibilidad
Toda el agua de la casa está filtrada con luz ultravioleta. La casa cuenta con agua caliente solar, biodigestores y reciclaje de aguas grises. Recientemente se instaló energía solar. Ofrecemos protectores contra sobretensiones en los enchufes y toda la iluminación es LED.
Tenemos muebles de madera artesanal, tres mecedoras y una mesa para llevar al exterior y disfrutar de las puestas de sol en las terrazas. También hay una mesa de picnic de madera sólida para comer al aire libre.
Jardines y Seguridad
Los terrenos están llenos de árboles frutales, flores y cafetos, incluyendo mango, cocoteros y vides de maracuyá. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la fruta durante su estancia.
Aunque la isla es muy segura, todas las ventanas tienen rejas para mayor protección. Ofrecemos estacionamiento gratuito en el sitio. No se permiten mascotas.
Información Adicional
La Isla de Ometepe es una reserva de biosfera de la UNESCO con una gran variedad de flora y fauna. Se han instalado mosquiteros completos para minimizar la entrada de insectos, aunque algunos pueden ingresar. La única serpiente venenosa es la coral, muy tímida y rara vez vista.

Casa de Lago is the perfect place in Ometepe. If you want a very private and beautiful place, with the best sunsets ever you’ll love it. The view to Cocibolca volcano the words can’t describe it. Christine in an excellent host, she communicates very well and always very nice and helpful . She even shared with my mom plants and flowers from her garden. So nice of her! The house is equipped with everything we needed and the best part is that everything is included with the original price. No additional fees for electricity, we had warm water and air conditioner always without interruption. I will definitely love to come back with my family. Thank you Christine for everything! ❤️🌋

The house was beautiful! The location was quiet, but close to many restaurants and activities. Jenny was helpful and responsive at check-in and out. The house is a little hard to see from the road, but directions were excellent. Would be happy to stay here again!

Heavenly location with stunning views of the volcano. We fell in love with the place; our only regret is not staying longer! Christine was very kind, and her manager Jenny was also very welcoming. It was breathtaking! We will definitely be back one day :)

From our first glimpse of the amazing view and beautiful house we had a great stay. When we weren’t admiring the view we had the pool next to the house to ourselves. The house was well equipped but we also walked down into town - the return was uphill but well worth the view! If we are lucky enough to return to the area we would definitely stay here!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The sunsets and the yard make the casa a magical place. No pictures can describe how incredible our views were. The host and their manager are very communicative and recommended lots of great restaurants and services. We highly recommend staying there, it was truly the best stay we could have imagined in Ometepe. The only negative part was leaving at the end of our stay, if only we could have stayed longer. No doubts that we will need to come visit Nicaragua again to relive this paradise on the amazing island. Thank you for the experience.

This place was incredible. The property is 10/10 amazing. Huge lot with tons of beautiful plants and paths. The nature in this property is amazing and the volcano view is the highlight. This was our favorite place to stay in all of our travels. We will certainly be booking this place whenever we come back to Ometepe!

Casa Del Lago was by far my group’s favorite place we stayed at in Nicaragua! Based on the reviews and photos I expected it to be great, but when I got there and actually saw the view of the lake with the volcano in the distance and the sun setting my expectations were blown away. Christine the host and Jenny the manager were amazing and knew everything about the area. We got tons of help and recommendations including when one of us had a scooter accident. I can’t recommend this place enough and think if it’s in your consideration for a place in Omotepe then it’s the place to be.
