Justin,very disappointed in your review & your stay.Your communication was not great.You barely responded. It seemed you were looking for something to complain about. It’s unfortunate that you said negative things about our manager Jenny, who goes above & beyond for all our guests. We want our guests to always have a great stay. You can clearly see this in all our reviews. On your arrival the lights were fully on, it was not dark!You messaged me to say you arrived and I told you Jenny was there to welcome you. The house was fully ready, no dishes left out. After a night, you asked that extra beds be made up so that your daughter could switch back & forth between beds.Jenny happily did this for you.Your family broke an item in the house & did not tell anyone, instead you put it in the garbage to hide it! When I messaged you about it, you read it & did not respond.Your family left our house very messy & untidy.I would encourage you & your family to be better guests to other Airbnb Hosts.
