5BR Villa in Tamarindo

Awesome stay for a group of 9 + baby. Super friendly staff, and had all that we needed for our 3 days stay.

Premium property, very comfortable beds, lots of amenities, large spaces, and we loved the inner courtyard. Close to restaurants, grocery store, beach and city. Highly recommended.

Our CU21 air bnb was incredible. We arrived a little early from the airport and the host was very accommodating and allowed us to get in a little early. The setup was amazing for two families with 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 younger children. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. The property was equipped with literally any and everything you can think of. There were even items available for us to take to the beach—towels, chairs, bougie board. The pool was immaculate and the perfect size for us all to lounge and hang out and enjoy each others’ company! There were plenty of games available to play. We watched the World Cup matches in the giant flat screen TVs. It is definitely a property we would rent again.

This place looks better in person than the photos. We had a party of 7 and it was perfect for our group. Each room besides the master is very similar. The pool was perfect temp. The host had many plenty of outdoor toys, card games, and the kitchen is fully stocked. About 6 min drive to tamarindo beach but you had great restaurants and stores down the street. Overall great house!

Communication and service was impeccable. They were available whenever we needed help and even gave recommendations. Amazing property, so beautiful it gave us inspiration for our summer home we plan to build

This was the perfect home base for our group of 10. The villa was spacious while still feeling cozy enough for all of us to spend quality time together. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to everything in Tamarindo while still being far enough from the noise to relax and enjoy the space. The concierge was incredibly helpful with coordinating our chef and transportation, which made the trip feel seamless from start to finish. We truly had the best time here and would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at Alameda was perfect for our family getaway. Super beautiful pool and outdoor area, clean, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, and the outdoor in layout was so enjoyable. Convenient and easy walk to the mercado, restaurants, coffee shops. We rented golf carts to get to town and it was really close and when we wanted to go to Playa Conchal, about a half-hour away, it was easy to grab an uber. Outer Reefs was really helpful with advice and tour recommendations. Awesome place for our family of 6- everyone had their own rooms so big bonus! Pool was amazing.
