For future guests this review is a bit miss leading, as he is speaking of a property he booked and did not stay as the building had some issues and not where he spent his reservation. There are no elevator issues in this building, and all of our properties are regularly fumigated. Please reach out if you have any questions, we are always here to help!

We are very surprised at this unfair rating when a guest really loved the location but just found issue with the checkout and check-in times. Disappointing to say the least. For future guests, our check-in and checkout times are clearly listing on the properties listing pages for all to review prior to booking the property. Please review all information provide to be able to determine for yourself if it works for your group's needs. That being said, we always do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts when possible. When we are unable to it is usually do to a previous of following reservation that also needs to have their rental time respected. Please always reach out to use with any questions or requests in advance. We are here to help and always transparent about what can be accommodated.

For future guests, the chickens were not previously located next door, and this was the first time we had been made aware of their presence. We contacted the neighboring property owners, who have since relocated the chickens to a different area of their property. That said, please be aware that this is Costa Rica, where it is very common for local families to keep chickens and other animals as part of their everyday way of life. It's a wonderful part of the local culture and contributes to the authentic experience of being here—much like hearing the monkeys, tropical birds, and other wildlife that are native to the surrounding area.
