The Space

This spacious single-story home spans 3,600 square feet and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for families, groups, and business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for five. Adjacent to the kitchen is a custom native wood dining table that seats eight.

The living room offers a roomy atmosphere with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space to the outdoors. Beyond the living area, you will find a large private swimming pool and outdoor living spaces, including dining for eight—perfect for entertaining.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and ample built-in storage for your belongings. The home is designed with safety and convenience in mind, featuring an even lot and no stairs, making it especially suitable for families with children.

Casa Poiema is situated in Playa Grande’s most exclusive neighborhood, offering privacy and security just minutes from the surf. Playa Grande, renowned as one of Costa Rica’s premier surfing beaches, is only a five-minute drive away. Nearby attractions include:

• The town of Playa Grande with numerous restaurants
• Proximity to the national park
• A medical clinic and gym
• Other beautiful beaches such as Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, Playa Brasilito, and Playa Flamingo, all within a 15-20 minute drive

Guest Access

You will receive the access code 48 hours before your arrival.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $1,750. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
• Security cameras are installed outside the home and are active only when the property is unoccupied between guest stays. There are no cameras inside the house.
• Costa Rica residents booking with local credit cards may be charged IVA by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes; this fee is handled directly with the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.
