**3 stars** The property itself has some positives, but we experienced several significant maintenance issues during our stay. Multiple bedroom AC units were not functioning properly when we arrived and required substantial cleaning by maintenance before the rooms became comfortable. There was also a strong odor in the bedrooms following the cleaning. The TV and internet were unavailable for part of our stay and required a cable provider visit to resolve. We also had an issue with the king-size following a maintenance visit that required considerable time and effort to make the bed usable again. To the host's credit, they were responsive and ultimately addressed the issues, and they were courteous throughout the process. However, having multiple issues arise during the first part of the stay significantly affected our experience and required more time and attention than we would expect from a vacation rental.
